Reber Hill House | Farm Escape - Pool - Privacy

This Reber Hill House is surrounded by orchards and cattle pasture. It has a lovely view of the Ohio landscape, but it is a farm, and will have smells like a farm.
Inside the home:

Main Level king bedroom near a full bathroom (toilet with grab bar, bidet, bathtub, curbed shower with shower seat for accessibility, one sink and storage)
Lower-level king bedroom adjacent to a full bathroom and shower
Lower-level bunk room has two twin beds and one bunk bed.
Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), plenty of cook tools, 2 counter seats
Dining table has 6 chairs and is open to kitchen and living room.
Screened-in porch has cushioned chairs.
Lower-level living space has a ping-pong table and a 50-inch television.
Laundry washer and dryer are on the lower-level.
In-ground swimming pool is available June - September. The pool is NOT heated.
Stocked fishing pond with bass and blue-gill, and two creepy Asian Carp (We named them Flotsam and Jetsam after Ursula's pets.)
Short hiking trail in the woods.
Firepit. Great sunsets and sunrises. Privacy and quiet. Great star-gazing skies.
Covered one-car garage and free parking in the gravel lot for 4 cars.

Accessibility for wheelchair or walker guests:
1) The main floor is accessible from the covered garage parking space. I can lay out a 10-foot wheelchair ramp in advance of your arrival. There are two steps up to the main floor.
2) Once inside the house, the kitchen and main floor spaces have wide aisles. I can provide a microwave at chair level upon request.
3) The primary bathroom has grab bars at the toilet and the shower. The shower has a curb and a shower wand. I can provide a shower seat upon request.
4) The main floor doors are each 32”. A wheelchair can negotiate the threshold and enjoy the screened porch and outer deck. However, there are stairs to the lower level and pool, which is not accessible yet.

Dogs
Well-trained dogs are welcome at the house. Follow these dog rules. We want to keep this property dog-friendly and pet-fee-free. You agree to:
—Pick up all dog poop
—Bring and use your dog bed or crate. Don’t let dogs in the beds or on sheets.
—Don’t leave dogs unattended in the house.
—Keep dogs out of the pool. If dogs go into the pond, wash and dry before they come into the house. Towel dog off with dog towels in the garage. There is a water - hose bib on the west side of the house. Dry dogs thoroughly.
—Make sure they have tick-preventative measures. There are ticks on this farm.
—Keep dogs off the side porch. The screens are fragile.
—Keep dogs out of the cattle pasture and away from the electric fence.
—Be aware that if dogs damage porch, doors, screens, beds and linens, you will be charged for them.
