Air Force Academy / Gleneagle Northgate, spacieux ranch de la maison.

Les locaux de l'académie AIR FORCE sont disponibles pour la graduation 2019 et le week-end des parents 2019. Cette maison est aussi proche que possible de l’académie USAF. Vous pouvez aller et venir de l’Académie pendant la semaine de remise des diplômes, fin de semaine des parents sans tracas de trafic sur la I25. Cette maison est idéale pour votre semaine de remise des diplômes en famille avec un niveau principal très ouvert et deux chambres principales avec lits king. Niveau inférieur a une deuxième salle familiale avec coin télévision et une zone de ping-pong avec 2 chambres supplémentaires et salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne.
Éleveur moderne niché dans un quartier calme avec des sentiers de promenade mais proche de toutes les commodités. Les épiceries, les cafés, Bass Pro, le Go Go Indoor, le champ de tir Magnum et les restaurants se trouvent à quelques minutes. Fox Run Park est juste une randonnée sur la colline qui a d'excellentes pistes pour le ski de fond ou la raquette en hiver et des sentiers de randonnée et des étangs pour profiter des mois d'été. Si vous aimez les balades à vélo, le sentier de Sante fe se trouve à proximité de la rue Baptist.

La maison a un plan d'étage très ouvert avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris une table de ping-pong dans la salle familiale au niveau inférieur. Tous les nouveaux matelas, draps et revêtements de lit. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les gadgets dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour. Le bureau / bibliothèque au niveau principal a même un espace ouvert pour le yoga du matin (tapis inclus), des poids elliptiques et gratuits pour rester au-dessus de vos entraînements. Télévision par câble, wifi, Internet fourni avec cette maison. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans la chambre principale et dans les chambres familiales aux deux niveaux. Désolé mais pas d'animaux et bien sûr non fumeur!

Wonderful Home and Great Location for a USAFA Visit/Gradaution

We had a daughter gradaute from the Airforce Academy and this was a perfect home for the gradaution week. The host was amazing, the palce had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family. It is a great place to retreat back to after a busy day. The outdoor spaces were amazing and I enjoyed the early morning quiet and views!

Fully stocked house with tons of room.

The house was perfect for our family for academy graduation week. Vivian was very accomodating and the house had anything that we might have forgot. Would definitely book again. Thank you Vivian and your son for making us feel at home.

Delightful and Comfortable!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful, cozy and very well-equipped home! The host was attentive to every detail and super responsive to all our questions. Lovely wraparound views, flagstone patios, window seats and seating nooks, rec area in the lower level. We were a party of 3, but this would be an ideal venue for hosting a large gatheriny as well. Thank You!

Perfect!

Our family had to travel to the USAFA for a burial. Vivian was amazing and compassionate during this extremely difficult time. She prepared the house perfectly and more importantly even messaged me with important and very helpful information to assist us, flatlanders, to help us have the best possible experience. The location was perfect for us to enter the north gate at the academy. The children enjoyed playing pool and making smores. The whole house was welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Vivian and Steve for every detail you did!

Fantastic stay

Amazing convenience for USAFA, minutes away from the north gate, with beautiful views of the Rockies from the patio and yard. Hosts went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

MY SECOND TIME!

In all of my travels worldwide, this is the only vacation rental that I have used twice. It is a well appointed, spacious home in an upscale neighborhood. For those that like to cook their own meals, the kitchen is fully stocked. There is a gas fireplace up and downstairs. Garage parking is available for your vehicle. It is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. I cannot think of anything that the owner has not done to make a guest's stay convenient and pleasant. Truly a Super Host.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location / neighborhood close to USAFA and local restaurants. Owners were friendly and attentive. Ping pong table and TV family room downstairs made for some fun evenings.

Over The Top

This place is 5 Stars! My family and I enjoyed it from the curb to the back yard and everything in between. Vivian is an absolute pleasure to work with and was more than helpful in answering any and all my questions. She thinks of all the little details. We were in town for a family wedding and needed to 'get the wrinkles' out of the packed nice clothes, not only did she have a iron and ironing board, but she had a steamer (this received a 'this place thought of everything' from my mom ).

Couldn’t have been more pleased. Fabulous layout, quaint outdoor space and convenient location.

This home was perfect for our long weekend getaway with the family. Two bedrooms and entertainment area downstairs was perfect for the young adults. Open kitchen/living area upstairs and TVs in almost every room. The quaint patio area was perfect to enjoy the cool evenings with a view of the mountains. The owners were very friendly and helpful with quick responses to any questions.

A Great Stay at a Great Place!

Beautiful and spacious home in the perfect location for us as we participated in and enjoyed USAFA commissioning and graduation week events! Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and panoramic views of the USAFA campus. Couldn't have been a more convenient location to serve as "home base" for visiting USAFA. The home had plenty of space and Vivian provided us with everything we needed to feel right at home from the minute we entered. Moreover, Vivian was great to work with throughout...including helpful "tidbits" while we were there! And, folks we had over during the week were equally impressed! Thanks again, Vivian!

Warm welcome!

From the moment that you walk in the door everything in this home says Welcome, have a wonderful stay! Lights are on, notes of welcome and half and half in the fridge for your coffee (Keurig) the next morning! A well stocked pantry and kitchen with an invitation to use anything you find, shampoo and conditioner in every shower and cozy throw blankets in every sitting area! This was a delightful home in a beautiful area, with many deer sauntering past windows in the morning. You will be glad you stayed here!

Great home in a great location!

We had a great Air Force Academy Parents' Weekend at this home. Vivian made sure that we had everything that we needed and much more. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and kindness in making it a fun and special weekend for our family. The home was very comfortable, clean, and in a great neighborhood. We couldn't have asked for more! The location is perfect for USAFA events!

Beautiful home, beautiful area!

This is a beautiful home. We enjoyed it very much! The owners were so easy to work with. There were little homey touches everywhere.....anticipating anything you might need. We loved the ping pong table, the fresh flowers, the porch, the walking trails close by, the beautiful view, the big leather sectional in the basement, and the well stocked kitchen. Lots of restaurants close by and not too far from any of the tourist spots we visited. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

Great place to stay

Our group was so impressed with this home. It was very clean and we felt so welcomed. There were well laid instructions and some treats. Plus there were many condiments and coffee and items already in the kitchen ready to use which helped to cut down on our cost of groceries. It was nice to have a place to be able to make some food to offset eating out. Vivian was so helpful prior to coming to address our questions and concerns. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were high quality. The bathrooms had lots of extras and the showers were great. There was a lot of space to stretch out even if you have a large crowd. There was alot of games, cards and a ping pong table and pool table. They had alot of movies to watch and the TV had some many channels to choose from. Not that we had alot of time to watch since we were outside enjoying the beautiful scenery. There was a nice outdoor patio. It was lovely in the morning to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee, talk or listen to the birds. I highly recommend this place. The owners go out of the way to accommodate you and your needs.

Very comfortable, pleasant accommodating owner. Very pleased. Just what we wanted.

Location was great. Owner very accomodating with excellent instructions. Kitchen roomy and well equipped, bathrooms pleasant with walk-in showers. Rec room spacious with ping pong and other games. 3 TVs with DVD players. Parking in attached garage and driveway. Exercise equipment available. Washing machine and dryer. Excellent communication with Christian family owner. Very clean, decorative home. Comfortable beds. Very pleased with home we stayed for 7 days.

Great house for USAFA Families

Nice house close to USAFA for cadet families. House was spacious and very clean. We had plenty of room and it was a very nice break from the normal hotel stay. Our cadet could rest in peace and quiet. Nice neighborhood for walking - trails were close by. Convenient location for shopping and other services. Thank you for a great experience.

Fabulous area and property!

My husband is retired military so I was a military wife for over 20 years. We are both originally from the East Coast. We have raised four children two sons Air Force Academy Grads (2005/2010) We are in our empty nest stage but thankful to be healthy and enjoy travel!

We love this community because it is well established and we have sidewalks, trails and open spaces to enjoy. We are close to shopping and restaurants but away from busy commercial areas and roads.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The benefit to this property is not only the wonderful location to the Air Force Academy, Monument and all the wonderful things to do in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas but also that it is in a beautiful neighborhood with trails and wildlife all around you. We love that we can get on and off base without ever getting on the freeways or we can go to Palmer Lake to hike on backroads as well. It is truly a great location.
