1--I must start this way as our condo is literally the best location, in Cabo, in the best building in Marina Sol, w/features that many condos do not offer! The condo is very nice, easy, accessible, in the main lobby building! 3-4 min walk to Medano Beach, the marina & downtown to main corner where Hard Rock, Squid Row, Puerto Paraiso Mall are all located! 2-minute walk to the NEW Wal-Mart Superstore!

2--We also have a vehicle/Explorer to rent for daily rentals, if/when needed!? NO vehicle is needed with this location, only if you do "day trips".

3--Very nice, fully equipped condo in 7 story, A building, with 2 elevators! This is the owner's personal use condo which he rents! Know that only "A" building has elevators & few condos have actual private laundry, like this does! We have Brand NEW full-size GE stack unit!

**NO SMOKING of any kind!!** Respect this, please. The entire community, pool area & restaurants prohibit smoking, BTW.

The condo had 3 beds in 2 bdrms & a new pullout queen sofa-bed.

There's a a new sectional along with a twin reclining dual chair. A 65" TV with all movie channels, PPV sports events, all major league sports channels, likely 70-90 channels of each network ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and so much more. In all about 2000 channels. Anything you want!

The master bathroom was just remodeled Sept 2024.

A full length terrace with a table for 4 ppl, propane BBQ & 6 person bar table along the edge which overlooks a beautiful, huge courtyard, the pool, spa, restaurants, clubhouse areas!!

I didn't write any foo-foo BS, just telling you all the functional, really awesome features of MarinaSolA307 condo!

The owner typically rents his 3 condos direct, not on these platforms. He has this condo and then Misiones4104 & Misiones3201 which are both 1 bdrm, 1 bath condos at Misiones del Cabo 3 miles outside Cabo on Sea of Cortez.

Marina Sol & Misiones del Cabo both are older developments which are incredibly nice, lots of lush gardens and grass area around incredibly beautiful pools with restaurants and swim-up bars that DO NOT ROB you for a drink!!! If you want a beautiful, fairly peaceful vacation at well established condo(s) then we have the perfect unit(s) for you, depending on your preference?

The 2 bdrm condo is priced for 1-4 guests and if more are interested in staying we can potentially assist, however we charge $20/person/night for each additional guest. The cleaning fee will also increase somewhat. We are selective with whom we rent and if there's more than 4 we are very thorough that we don't rent to adults trying to cram people into 1 condo. It's simple, we want quality guests that want a nice rental with great hosts.

Fishing, vehicle rentals, airport transportation, and all kinds of good advice about charters, restaurants, beaches, etc... is offered. TopDogCabo, Todd Hochstedler, BuyCabo and ThaiFoodCabo all are at your finger-tips with our rentals!!

We look forward to helping you. I've lived here for 21 years! I started coming in 1992, 23 trips until Sept 2002, when I decided I was leaving that place north of the borders and TRUMP'S WALL!!!

I've had as many as 7 golden retrievers, at once, as they're my "krids" and the best!

My wife is from Thailand and does dinners for guests, if interested.

We rent vehicles to our guest, as well.

We have completely changed/updated the living area with very nice furniture, including a nice sectional with a new queen size pull-out bed!!
Added dual recliner/Love-seat & 65" Google TV with TV service of more than 2000 channels, all sports, PPV, movie channels, mucho mas!

Master has a king size bed
2nd bdrm has queen & single beds

Coffee grinder, and basically all other kitchen amenities/options.

The terrace has a larger propane BBQ, a great bar table with 6 stools to watch the courtyard activity, pool, while enjoying drinks/lunch/dinner as well a smaller 4 seat round patio table.

Plenty of parking is available at Marina Sol, for owners and guests.

We have a Ford Explorer available for rent, as well, Honda Odyssey van & Ford Expedition, all available for various rental options.

NO driving is necessary when staying at Marina Sol.

A 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo in the A building of Marina Sol, MarinaSolA307com. Our condo is one of the best in development.

Know that Marina Sol is an Awesome, Beautiful, centrally located Resort-like development of 5 buildings, has a huge pool, 2 onsite restaurants, 3 bars, mini-mart AND IS 2-5 MIN WALK to everything one would want! WalMart 2 mins, Medano Beach 3 mins, Marina 4 mins, downtown's EVERYTHING 5 mins!!

Onsite parking!
Wheel chair accessible (Basically only A building unless ground level units in bldgs B, C, D.
A NON-smoking development, also per Mexican laws passed 2 years ago??!!

Now OUR condo...
3rd flr unit with Beautiful pool, courtyard, garden, views & easterly direction large terrace (best for sun)!
Larger 2 bdrm condo, 2 bathrooms. There are some 1 bdrm condos that have modified/enclosed terraces making 2nd small/tight bdrm. These condos are reflected as 2 bdrm condos, w/1 bathroom.

OUR CONDO HAS A FULL-SIZE, NEW stacked WASHER+DRYER, in remodeled bathroom! Few other units have pvt laundry. The development has about 4 each, coin operated washers/dryers for EVERYONE ELSE!!!

We are not totally remodeled, however we have original woodwork, and Mexican cultural design, mainly.

It was a unit owned since new by an Alaskan that used the unit less and less over the years to where it was 2-4 weeks a year! It was well taken care of, any honestly, barely used!!
