A-509 Casa Gran Terraza - Condo 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain

*** Nous avons maintenant des appels gratuits pour tous nos clients, c'est très illimité dans le monde entier dans notre Casa de La Playa avec une ligne téléphonique privée qui est câblée et a une connexion très claire.

Ce condo est situé dans le bâtiment A de Marina Sol Resort et a une belle vue sur la piscine et la cour La grande terrasse dispose d'un mobilier de jardin confortable et d'un barbecue au propane.

Le salon spacieux dispose de nombreux sièges et d'une télévision à écran plat avec un flux satelite privé pour 150 chaînes, la salle à manger est configurée pour six personnes à dîner et la cuisine moderne est tout en finitions granit et a tous les appareils trouvés dans la plupart maisons.

La chambre principale est très grande et dispose d'un lit King Size,
et salle de bain privée plus un coffre-fort.

La deuxième chambre a un accès direct à la terrasse avant avec un lit King Size et il y a une deuxième salle de bain adjacente à la deuxième chambre.

Ce condo est situé à quelques pas de la plage d'El Medano, qui est de loin la plage la plus populaire de Cabo.

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked. The pool was beautiful and the oasis bar and grill was delicious. We loved the location to all the restaurants, shopping and beaches.

Perfect location. Clean unit. The service at the pool was stellar. Everyone (front desk, security, the guy who showed us our room, the lady at Serrano) was so welcoming.

Good location and spacious living for a family of 4

Location was near mall and marina. Was able to walk all throughout the city area. Plenty of restaurant choices, shopping, fishing , etc.

Marina sol is home away from home

We have been coming 10 years . Good safe neighborhood close to Walmart now . Good food in the restaurant.

Perfect for a few days away !

Check in was very easy, clean and well appointed and exactly what we were looking for, for a few days getaway (appreciated the cold beer and water upon arrival). Large rooms and , kitchen and living areas . Glad to have the pool and poolside restaurant along with easy access to downtown restaurants and bars . One thing that would have been a nice addition was a drying rack out on the balcony to dry swimwear and towels (rather than hanging on the furniture out there).

Spacious condo in a Great Location

The condo is very spacious with a large outdoor space. Service and communication was very good. The condo is conveniently located with shopping, the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The only downside for us, as an older couple, was while the location was great it did tend to be a bit noisy at night due to the central location (not in the complex itself). Having a restaurant onsite was an added bonus for the evenings we didn't feel like going out.

The Penthouse is simply AMAZING! Very well appointed. Very spacious.

Rental process was flawless. Responses were within an hour. They offered many extras to make our stay relaxing and carefree.

Great Location, Well appointed property

Enjoyed our stay at Clint’s condo and the closeness to beach, marina and restaurants. Staff is so friendly at Marina Sol which is where condo is located. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Beds a little firmer than I’m used to but still slept well. Had filter drinking water at kitchen sink which was nice too! Overall great vacation!

Really great stay at the condo. The staff were super friendly and you cannot beat the location The beach is a block down the road and the downtown is about a 10 minute walk. You are walking distance to everything. There is a new grocery store and Walmart about 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location

I stayed here for a week with my wife and two friends. The palace was perfect for our all our needs. We all had enough space and really enjoyed the property. We all spent every afternoon at the amazing pool, and enjoyed the added benefit of the poolside bar/restaurant. It was a short walk to both the beach and marina. I considered renting a car, but I’m glad I didn’t as we walked everywhere. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and look forward to our next trip to Cabo!!

Quintessential Cabo

Our stay here was an anniversary of sorts. It was our (group of Sammy Hagar fans) 20th year of coming to Cabo. It didn't matter that the Birthday Bash was held elsewhere. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. They knew our names as we walked in the lobby and the great service continued for the rest of the trip. The condo was just as described if not better. Without hesitation, I fully recommend this condo/facility.

Over the past 18 years we have purchased and remodeled several condos and Penthouses at Marina Sol Resort. This is the best located privately owned condo development in Cabo. In addition to owning some residential properties I also own some commercial properties where I have my Real Estate company located. It is a real advantage to have several businesses located under one roof and the staff from my Real Estate company also works with our Vacation Rental staff to look after all our guests needs.

No need to rent a car or take a taxi anywhere as you can easily walk everywhere in Cabo from our Great Central location. AS far as our personal properties that are available for vacation rentals ,they are the best maintained and the most professionally managed rentals available at Marina Sol Resort.
