Honestly, the place was adequate. It wasn't dirty, in fact, I thought it was clean but it didn't feel clean. It's very dingey... Like needs some tlc and some fresh paint. There's random holes in the ceiling where something was previously hung with drywall screws in multiple places. We only had one roll of TP per bathroom and the place seemed much more like an apartment than a condo. The washing machine was broken but someone was attempting to repair it when we got there, which isn't a big deal. Extra care was taken to provide gate access and codes and the location was super close to Universal. The price was also very good. All in all, we had a good stay here and it was sufficient for a Home Base while we went to theme parks all day, but we didn't think we would stay here again.It did check several important boxes for me: AC worked good, bedding was adequate although, again it felt a little dingey (not enough to creep me out about sleeping there), there were pest control stickers there although probably about time to retreat, hot water, coffee maker, etc.Cons were: neighbors had a dog and it barked incessantly... But only one day, maybe his owner wasn't home that day, chains on lights/cieling fans were very short so it was not easy to run fan without light on. Some of this stuff is knitpicky and I don't want it to sound like that...just providing our experiences.If you're doing Universal and like convenience and saving some dollars, this place is great.

We had a pleasant stay. For the most part the apartment was great and made a good home away from home and was conveniently located near the parks.First impressions, the entry way was worn and could use a new coat of paint. When we arrived, there was a very loud party going on at the pool. You could hear the music in the master bedroom. Fortunately, we left for dinner and it was over by the time we came back.The beds were extremely comfortable and the property sleeping arrangements were great for three tired park goers, giving us each out own bed.The property has a well-appointed kitchen and baths as well as fun additional items such as games and lots of pool towels
even a playpen!The host did an excellent job replying to our questions and concerns throughout our stay.

Orlando

Arrived late in the evening and went to the Verbo inbox for door code and it hadn’t been provided even though I had a confirmation of final payment. We waited 45 minutes for the code after several attempts on website then called Vrbo. Also, there was no coffee maker or coffee, no ice or ice trays, internet did not work and response from owner indicated that the connection cord was damaged and probably wouldn’t stay connected. No toilet paper holders in bathrooms, bathroom lights burned out. One of the beds was so low to the ground that you could hardly get in or out. The complex seemed nice but the unit was very disappointing.

We were very happy with our stay. The owner was attentive and helpful with any concerns we had. The location made it perfect for a quick drives to Disney or universal. We would definitely stay here again.

Misrepresented and dangerous

One set of stairs were under construction, no lights in the entryway-we had to use our cell phone flashlight to enter code for access. We were met with a very strong chemical smell on entry that caused an asthma attack. There was an ozone machine running with a clear warning not to run while occupied. When I called to report, the host offered air fresheners. Stay away!!

Excellent property close to the parks and downtown. Our worst drive was 30 minutes due to slowdown on the interstate going to Disney Springs on Saturday night only. It was a great time

Great stay. Easy to get ubers and to the parks.

Enjoyed my stay. Host was very responsive with questions. The place had lots of extra amenities to make our stay easy. Would definitely stay agian! There is not a gym nor a hot tub but that was low on our priority list.

Not What It Appeared

We expected a nice place, based on the pictures. When we arrived, the stairs up to the unit were covered in "CAUTION TAPE" so we had to walk to another set to get upstairs. While the condo seemed to be what was in the pictures at first glance, we quickly realized they were older pictures and somethings were not even in the condo that was in the pictures. There was only 1 set of towels, no extra sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and there was dirt and food under one bed and dirt inside the sofa bed when we opened it. The mattress cover on the sofa bed was torn and old. When we were cleaning up to leave we took the sheets and pillow cases off to wash and noticed very disgusting stains on the pillows. We were sick that we found out we were sleeping on those things. Worse of all, there was no way to contact anyone immediately. I sent emails that didn't get answered until we were ready to leave. Not the best experience and definately not worth the price we paid.

Amenities were not what we thought

Pool and hot tub was closed during our entire stay so we had to pay for family to go to water park on a day we had scheduled to stay at condo. TV turned on and off on its own. Could not get it to work properly. Place was listed as remodeled but needs many updates. Listed as gated community, however gate never closed
was always open. Condo seemed overall dirty.

1 week stay

Absolute most important criteria for any place we stay is the cleanliness of the property. This place was extremely clean and well maintained. Layout of the place was very comfortable, kitchen was set-up nicely. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us lots of room. Host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the entire process was very smooth. All in all a great stay. Thanks.

Not as described

The apartment itself was nicely designed and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, although the AC is loud in the guest room which is right next to the HVAC unit). However, this property is not as described. The "gate" for the gated community was permanently open and when you approach the property there is a massive trash bin with garbage overflowing. The pool was closed "by order of the City of Orlando" and the gym was weak at best (with little AC running in all the parts of it). Was disappointed and we left after the first night. We did receive a refund for half the stay, even though we only stayed one night out of the 5.
