Avalon Tower Knee Wall Replacement: An important project will be underway Fall 2025 – all Knee Walls will be replaced beginning September 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of March 2026. During this project, there will be no handicap parking spaces available at Avalon. Specific balconies may be out of commission for some periods of time during the project. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustment. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower. Pools will remain open during construction. Work will pause for Thanksgiving week (November 21-30). Work will resume December 1

The Beach Club is Alabama's finest beach resort. Located in beautiful Fort Morgan miles away from the crowded beaches but still minutes from shopping and restaurants in Gulf Shores. The Beach Club is a community to itself. There is of course the fabulous white sand beaches, European spa, fitness center, 3 restaurants on site, tennis courts and five outdoor pools and hot tubs and one indoor pool.

Avalon 308 is located on the 3rd floor and has a direct view of the beautiful sandy white beach and amazing Gulf of Mexico from a very large balcony, living/dining room and master bedroom. Each bedroom adjoins a private bath, plus there is a hallway 'powder room' for everyone's convenience.

The condo is ready for your arrival and is stocked with a one-day supply of products/toiletries. The beds are made with crisp white linens, plus a set for the sleeper sofa. Bath linens are supplied. Just bring your beach towels, food and products. There is a washer/dryer in the condo, so no need to pack a lot!

The kitchen has full size appliances including a dishwasher plus a blender, toaster, can opener, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with dishware, utensils, and cookware.

Bedding arrangement is King Master, Queen, Bunk with Twin Over Full, a single roll a way bed, plus a sofa sleeper. All privately adjoin a full bath and has a smart TV. The master bedroom and the living room adjoin the balcony with a direct Gulf View!

AMENITIES INFO: Without paying an additional fee you will have access to the sparkling Avalon pool and hot tub and you may patron the fine dining restaurant, "The Coast" with a spectacular Gulf view from The Clubhouse second floor (Seasonally) or "The Hide Away" bar and grill on the North side of the resort and you may patron the salon and spa located on the first floor of "The Clubhouse". Seasonally, there is a tram for free rides around the resort. Also, seasonally, beach rentals are available through The Clubhouse, which includes parasailing, kayaks, water rides and more, but fees apply for each item. You may use the charcoal grills located on The Clubhouse lawn. Seasonally, food trucks and live music is available near the entrance of the property and provides a more casual dining option. If you would like to access "The Club's Private Amenities" which includes an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, tiki bar and grill, children's activities and tennis courts, a daily fee of approximately $45 per day, which covers everyone in your party, per day, for the days you choose. The fee decreases slightly for each additional day. There is a special rate for monthly winter guests.
