Both of the twin rooms can easily be converted into king-size beds for added comfort (please request this upon booking). One of the twin rooms also includes its own ensuite shower room, providing extra convenience for your stay.

The apartment’s open-plan living area includes a cosy lounge with ample seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Whether you’re unwinding with a movie or planning your next adventure, the lounge provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home, though you’ll find a wide range of fantastic restaurants just outside your door if you prefer to dine out.

Great location!

This property was perfect for walking around Edinburgh. Yes, it is in the heart of the city so it has traffic and construction noise and yes, it is in a old building so the stairs with suitcases can be a challenge if you have mobility issues, BUT it is a very nice space that is comfortable and it easily accommodated our family of 5 adults.

The apartment comfortably accommodated the 6 of us. It's on the Royal Mile so all the major sites were within walking distance. It's also a short walk from Waverly Station and lots of restaurants nearby. Might be a problem for the elderly, as the apartment is at the top of 2 flights of steep stairs !

Great location

The location is fantastic! Quick walk to the castle or palace or meeting points for tours. Easily accommodated our 5 adults. The stairs can be tricky as it is on the 2nd floor (which means 2 up from the ground level). It can feel like a lot when you have walked the city all day. But that did not stop us from enjoying it.

Lovely place

Lovely place, great location. Loads of nice pubs restaurants etc right on your doorstep. The only little thing was the noise at night but thats to be expected being so close to everything and keeping the streets clean.

Everything was exactly as described. It was simple to locate, easy to access, and the amenities were ideal. The location couldn't have been better. It was a quick walk to anything and everything. Would highly recommend this, and our host, Jon, was accessible and quick to respond with any questions.

Great location on the Royal Mile

Great property located right on the Royal Mile that has a very convenient little grocery market right below it that helps with those food items that you always need! The host was so communicative and a pleasure to work with and the apartment itself was perfect for our group and the 2 days we stayed in Edinburgh! Great restaurants and shopping just steps away from where your staying. If you have a car to park, there is a garage a couple of blocks away that you can pay to use and it's an easy walk back to the location! Would absolutely stay here again!

The flat was right above a small grocery store, which was perfect. We were located perfectly and the living room had a great view and was the perfect place to entertain.

This 3 bedroom fit our needs perfectly. The location was just steps away from the Royal Mile and bus stops were very close. Be prepared for stairs as there is no elevator. Otherwise, it's a great property. The owner was easy to communicate with. Great stay!

We stayed for 8 nights in August and had a fantastic time. The location on the Royal Mile was fantastic, plenty of restaurants and bars on the door step. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Modern bathrooms and clean beds - ideal after a busy day exploring the city.

Great flat in the perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jon’s flat on the Royal Mile. It’s perfectly located, comfortable, and everything we needed for our trip to Edinburgh. Jon was communicative and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend choosing the flat to others traveling in the area.

Perfectly Situated

Very entertaining spot to be staying. Overlooks the most iconic intersection in all of Edinburgh! Quite an upstairs trek but, worth the views! Jon is a very caring host. Could probably use a few more special touches in the kitchen for overall convenience. Lovely apartment and not too loud after the bars close. I would recommend this apartment and Jon as a great host.

Apartment was in a really good location to many of points of interest in the old Town.. lots of places to eat on your doorstep. Apartment was comfortable and lovely and warm, well equipped although we didn’t do any cooking whilst there. Checkin was easy to follow with the detailed instructions provided
