We loved staying in the house . It feels like you are at home. The house gave us plenty of room for our family . They had games available, so playing family game on the huge table was awesome . We were able to go on a whale watching tour in Seward and hike the Kenaii Fjords NP. We also rode the tram up from the hotel and hiked on Winner creek trail . The grocery store has limited supplies so if possible stop by a grocery store in Anchorage.

The lodge had what we needed: great location to ski mountain, hot tub and a kitchen to meet the needs of cooking and serving 11 guys. The Host was also super response and accommodating

We were awed by the space and the details that made the stay incredibly easy. The dining spaces were easy for 10 people both kitchen and eating space. Beds and bathrooms were charming as each had their own name and our grand kids were thrilled to be part of the 'Wolf Pack". Plenty of appliances including a waffle iron which you don't see often. There was nothing that was needed because it was all there. Plenty of space for hanging, playing games and eating.

Great Girls Weekend

My friends and I LOVED this house for our girls weekend getaway. Location was perfect and the main living space was stunning. Everything functioned perfectly for us and we all enjoyed having room to spread out.

We had an amazing stay at Misty Pines Lodge in Girdwood! Our family of five (kids ages 15, 13, 10) stayed with the grandparents, and the home was perfect for our group. The location couldn’t have been better — close to all of the amazing activities, restaurants, hiking, and beautiful nature that Girdwood has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and private. Girdwood Brewery is walkable! As is Aleyska Resort and into the downtown Girdwood. The kitchen was fantastic and incredibly well equipped, which made it easy to cook meals for our larger group. Having two washers and two dryers was also a huge bonus, especially after days of hiking, exploring, and outdoor adventures. We also enjoyed the hot tub in morning and evenings. The property manager was exceptional and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — even picking up groceries for us when we needed a hand!Misty Lodge was comfortable, convenient, spacious, and an ideal home base for exploring Alaska. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or larger groups visiting Girdwood!

Fantastic Lodge

The property was amazing and had everything we could want. The hot tub was an added pleasure. Location near the base of the hill allowed for walking even in ski boots! Host responded to questions quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a five star stay!

Olga, thank you for your review of our property. We do our best to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay. It is very clearly stated in the property description that the garage is inaccessible at the property. There are 4 parking spots directly outside, but the garage is used by the owners for personal items, which is very common for many of the properties we manage here. We also have our contact information posted in many locations within the lodge and always respond to guests. We were never contacted during your stay. It is a bit confusing that you are writing a review from an account that wasn't actually used to make the reservation. The account we have been communicating with is Vitalie B. and we received no response communications from that account? Perhaps there was a system glitch that disrupted the communications flow? We apologize for that, and will try to understand what happened so it does not happen again. Our guests experience is important to us. We really appreciate you staying with us. Chugach Properties

Great place to stay for a large group or family, perfect location between Seward and Anchorage. Easily walk anywhere in Girdwood. The host was responsive, home very clean, the decor highlights Alaskan heritage, overall they are an 11.
