This property worked for our group; beds were comfortable and enjoyed the horseshoes and corn hole games on site. You should know there are 3 levels and the bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd level. It is an older property with some maintenance needs but has comfortable furniture and beds

The property was great for our family vacation. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the back yard. There was lots of wildlife and the property was quiet considering how close it is to the interstate. We will definitely be back!

Communication with host was good, home was semi clean, sheets and bedding was clean. Table had a layer of dust and there was mouse droppings there after the first night. AC was not fully functional and the wifi was slow. Hottub smelled slightly of mildew. House was a bit ramshackle and the remodel of the garage (where you stay) was half baked. Noticed several electrical issues that did not seem up to code. Would not stay again.

Well stocked, very roomy and comfortable stay for 9 of us. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back. We had come all the way from Louisiana for a graduation and was not sure about the Vrbo due to previous review. When we got there everything was in great condition we had no issues and they had repaired and fixed issues that were previously there. Thank you again for the great stay!

The home was specious and meet all our needs. Clean floors, counters and little clutter. The kitchen had everything for meals. Beds were comfortable. There was some maintenance that could be improved, and yard work could be better, but we had a great time with family and we would come again for certain. Thanks

The rooms and common areas were spacious and well suited for our group of 7. We were in town for a wedding and the weather was particularly hot. Which as we understand it is not a very common thing in Laramie. We are from parts of the country where we are very reliant on air conditioning, and very likely spoiled by it. This property had a swamp cooler as opposed to refrigerant based a/c. It worked well for the upstairs but took a while after dark to get to a comfortable temperature. It didn’t do much for the downstairs as it was on the second floor. However the downstairs didn’t get as hot as the upstairs either. I think under more normal weather conditions we would have been just fine.

Was in Laramie to visit with Family and had to find a pet friendly place and this house fit the bill. The Host was very attentive to the couple of concerns we had. The beds were comfortable and clean. The house was stocked with any ammenity we might have needed. The quirks of this property may be an issue for some but for the most part the house fit our needs.Quirks were as follows. Not all the windows locked and many were missing screens the cooling for the house was spotty or non exsistant so not feeling comfortable with the no screens we were a bit warm. The swamp cooler was on wheels on the balcony so in order for it to provide any relief one of the doors on balcony had to be left open with the swamp cooler blowing in. The kitchen sink drain strainers did not sit flush with the sink and so water would not drain properly. The house has 2 bathrooms which was great, but if anyone in your party has mobility issues be aware they both require walks up stairs. We did not take advantage of the hot tub, but we did peek at it and the water was clear and hot just how it should be. All and all it was a fine stay and the quirks would not keep us from returning again.
