With views of the sea from the enormous terrace, you can watch the sunrise over the water, the palms sway and the pools shimmer. With only one flight of stairs up (elevator as well) you can lounge, eat al fresco at the large dining table, and enjoy the privacy and ambience. The immaculate grounds are maintained daily and feature three covered grill and dining areas with plenty of seating for you and your family. Each pool area (3) features a swim-up bar that is furnished with a sink, fridge and ice-maker. Other amenities on the property include three jacuzzis, an air-conditioned gym, outdoor gym, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court plus a putting green. Grocery stores, coffee shops and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance. The 24-hour security at the entrance gate is always be available. However, you may never want to leave our fully equipped condo with all the appliances, huge 75” smart TV, blue-tooth speaker, games, puzzles and books!
The primary suite features a king bed, large dresser with TV and closet with a safe. The adjoining ensuite has a double vanity, walk-in tiled shower and a soaking tub.
The second bedroom has two queen beds, nightstands, storage with TV and opens to a bathroom also with a walk-in shower. You can find beach towels, cooler and umbrella beside the washer/dryer and 'owners fridge' with extra condiments in the laundry room off the hallway.
The kitchen area has microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove and plenty of dishes and acrylic ware for the BBQ and pool areas. There are three bar stools at the peninsula as well as a large dining table with chairs before heading into the living room. Each separate area (two bedrooms and main living area), has sliding door access to the terrace where you can find a quiet spot to unwind.
