Caribbean charisma sets the tone for your stay at The Resort on Cocoa Beach! This laid-back resort is situated directly on popular Cocoa Beach, bordering the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The property itself hosts of a variety of amenities including a relaxing heated pool with a Tiki bar just steps away. An interactive children's fountain will keep the kids busy for hours while you enjoy a drink. You can keep active with a fitness center, basketball court, tennis courts, and then relax afterwards in the elevated Jacuzzi overlooking the resort's dramatic fountain. After the sun goes down, enjoy dinner at Bongo's and relax in the resort's 50-seat theater.

Each tastefully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite comes equipped with everything you need including a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer and private balcony offering beautiful partial ocean or oceanfront views. These units offer enough room for up to six guests, making it ideal for family trips or vacations with friends.

An endless variety of recreational activities, including sailing and deep-sea fishing, await just a short walk from the Resort on Cocoa Beach. The Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are also located within driving distance, and are ideal for a day trips. In addition, Cocoa Beach offers a variety of beaches, golf courses and spring training baseball for your enjoyment.

The property assigns unit numbers at check-in (for all guests). All of the 2BR partial view units for rent are exactly as shown online with the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. High floors are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Floors 3 through 7 have an excellent view. Floor requests are only taken in person during the 10am pre-registration, please do not arrive earlier than 10 am on the day of your arrival. Check-in is at 4 pm (Please note, the front desk staff will start the pre-registration process at 10am and you must be present to place requests). If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.

Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption to utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

Resort Policies Sorry no pets; All Service Animals and documented Emotional Support Animals must be reported at check-in. Advance deposit is due upon booking. Maximum occupancy is six people (including children) which is strictly enforced. Must be 21 to register. Maximum two vehicles allowed on property per condo; one allowed undercover. Check-in 4:00 P.M. ~ Check-out 10:00 A.M.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for a $100 refundable incidental fee. For guests using a debit card, the full amount of your stay and a $100 incidental fee will be deducted from your account at check-in. Any incidental amount not used will be refunded to your account in accordance with your banks hold policy. 72 hour cancellation policy for a full refund of deposit. Smoking is not permitted inside the building; smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas of the Resort only.
