Welcome to Cedar Creek Lodge—a cozy, year-round retreat nestled in the heart of the Manistee National Forest. It’s the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends looking to relax, reconnect, and explore the natural beauty of West Michigan.

We’re located in Twin Lake, Michigan—just 3 hours from Chicago or Detroit, 1 hour from Grand Rapids, and only 30 minutes from the Cross-Lake Ferry between Milwaukee and Muskegon.

Inside Cedar Creek Lodge, you’ll find:

Five comfortable bedrooms, each with unique sleeping arrangements and private baths:

Two rooms with one full bed, two twin beds, and a full ensuite bathroom with shower

Two rooms with twin-over-twin bunk beds and ensuite half bathrooms

One room with a full bed and twin bed, plus a full ensuite bathroom with tub and shower

A fully equipped kitchen, great for preparing meals and gathering together

A screened-in front porch, ideal for morning coffee, card games, or quiet time surrounded by the woods

An established fire pit just behind the lodge for evening campfires and s’mores

Seasonal lake access is available just a short walk from the lodge. Echo Lake is a peaceful, non-motorized lake that’s perfect for swimming and boating when a Camp Pinewood lifeguard is on duty. We provide canoes, kayaks, and rowboats so you can enjoy the water up close. If interested in waterfront or other activities, please contact host.
