Ocean View Condo Next to Marina

Enjoy your morning Costa Rican coffee with an ocean view from this beautiful first-floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo. Step off the patio to the pool or walk down the steps to a semi-private beach. You can also take a stroll to nearby Playa Flamingo beach, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste with its white sand, turquoise water, and picture-worthy sunsets. Walking distance to The Playa Flamingo Marina, where you'll find shops and restaurants.



Punta Plata guests have access to a semi-private beach; access is right in front of the veranda and just a few steps down to the beach. The condo is located on the first level of the building, two flights of steps from the parking lot, which makes it accessible. It's just a few steps to the pool.

Oceanview Veranda
 Everyone's favorite part of the condo! Pure for enjoying, appreciating, listening, gazing, sleeping, or meditating. Gorgeous trees, singing birds, the bluest of blues oceanview and Marina view, and graceful layered mountains. At certain hours, you can find the sun painting different colors in the clouds, and 

in Bedroom #1
. The master bedroom! It has two large windows with a stunning view of the ocean (Potrero Bay) and mountains at the end. The room is equipped with a king-size bed; it has a TV, fan, and A/C. 

Bedroom #2
 The guest room! This space has a full-size bed with a trundle twin bed with lovely sunlight coming through all the windows to shine the room, a large wooden closet, and a nightstand.

Bathrooms
. Even the main bathroom has an ocean view, wonderful for a relaxing shower! It also has an incredible mirror with good light that illuminates the entire bathroom. 

The second bathroom is ideal for everyone in the house to use, near the entrance. 

Kitchen
Well-equipped kitchen with excellent illumination, complete with granite countertops and white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable breakfast bar. 

Dining/Living Room
. This space is lovely due to its large glass doors that allow sunlight to come in. The dining room has a beautiful wooden table that easily seats six people. So close to the kitchen, it connects with the living room, perfect for an enjoyable conversation or to watch the TV. The living room has a clean, beach-vibe decoration with a comfortable couch, ideal for watching TV or gazing at the view from inside.



Guest access:



To enter the property guests will go through the property gate. An electronic keypad provides access to the condo.
