We appreciate you sharing your thoughts We’re delighted you found the home interior cute and regret that the occasional sounds from nearby road and emergency vehicles interrupted your sleep. Thanks!

Hi Chris! We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations and that the renovations weren’t to your liking. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for every guest. While the neighborhood continues to evolve, many guests enjoy its unique charm and convenient access to both downtown and the highway. That said, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback. Comments like yours help us enhance the experience for future guests. Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback! I genuinely wish you had reached out to us during your stay—we would have been happy to address these concerns in real time. We could have directed you to an alternate parking area and had our housekeeper promptly clean up the glass you mentioned. The barn/sliding doors may have become slightly off track, as children sometimes play with them, but we will have maintenance check both the bathroom and bedroom doors to ensure they function properly. The A/C system includes a dry setting that can help reduce humidity if you felt the bedroom was a little damp. We also apologize if during your shower the shower curtain did not fully close against the wall, though it is typically designed to function as expected. Thank you again for your feedback.

Hi David! Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the A/C unit — this is the first time it's been brought to our attention. We truly wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would have gladly sent maintenance over to address it right away. Regarding the Wi-Fi, we did correspond and you confirmed that your wife’s phone was successfully connected, so we were under the impression that it was working properly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
