Beachfront Villa Les locaux à l'intérieur de l'exclusive Wyndham Resort. 4 piscines privées, terrains de golf deux 18 trous, des courts de tennis, location de sports nautiques. 4 minutes à pied de l'hôtel avec casino, des restaurants et un spa complet. A côté de El Yunque Forêt et biobay Lagoon.
La villa est située à l'intérieur des locaux du Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort sur une communauté fermée. Est très privé et paisible près de l'action sur l'hôtel. Est un quartier touristique de sorte que vous pouvez trouver de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité. Près des principales attractions de El Yunque forêt tropicale, la lagune biobay et Hacienda Caraballi où vous pouvez trouver de nombreuses attractions comme des chevaux d'équitation, quatre pistes, etc.

Another wonderful stay in paradise

We had another wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. Everything was nice and comfortable and easy. The villa is roomy and the kitchen is great for cooking meals if you want to eat in. We always enjoy walking on the beach in the morning and love that there aren’t a lot of people staying in the complex. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect vacation spot!

Sandra was wonderful and the unit was exactly as described! Would recommend this unit and the property! The pools are steps away with plenty of chairs, and the beach is gorgeous. Would highly recommend a car for groceries, sight seeing and restaurants.

Beautiful Location

I was really surprised with the lack of people at the complex and on the beach. It was amazing and felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room had everything we needed and the view was unbeatable. There was a poltergeist light in the room that came on and off for no reason and I was too dumb to figure out how to turn it off but otherwise our stay was amazing. We loved shucking the coconuts on the beach and we were lucky enough to see the turtles hatched right outside of our room.

Great place! Very private

We had such a nice relaxing time. there were barely any other people around. We had the whole beach to ourselves. The property was very nice and comfortable. Sandra responded to all of my text questions and was a great host!

Quiet escape

The space was clean and the view was great! The area was very quiet, no crowds to speak of. The process to get in/out of the gated resort was easy. Sandra was easily reachable if needed and the added touch of consumables on hand was very much appreciated - coffee, a little snack, dish soap, toiletries, sunscreen, and bug spray. We will definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful scenery

Sandra is so wonderful she texted back right away with any questions that we had, she did an amazing job advertising her Villa. The pool/ beach view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The villa was very clean and updated. Everyone around there was very friendly and helpful, plenty of places to eat and see. Definitely will come back.

Our happy place

This was our second time staying here and we will be back again. The condo is clean and provides everything we need. The pools are picture perfect and never too crowded. Everything we want in a vacation we get here.

Beautiful condo

This was our 9th trip to Puerto Rico but our first stay in Rio Grande. We loved the location and the ease of check in and check out. Many nice touches in the condo that were appreciated. We look forward to returning next year!!! Thank you.

Wonderful

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Bright, clean and professionally handled. I highly recommend this property for couples. Close to the hotel to walk for dinners, etc. We rented a car to get to the grocery store and explored a bit. Puerto Rico is absolutely beautiful and the people are very welcoming and proud. We will be back ❤️

Exceeded Expectations!

The location of this unit was fantastic and exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in Puerto Rico 7 nights at Ocean Villas and it was paradise…secluded in the gated Wyndham resort property. Our veranda overlooked the pools and gorgeous beach, which was just feet from our door. The staff on-site (especially Jose) were very helpful and pleasant as well. If we ever come back to Puerto Rico, we would stay in this exact unit. We didn’t have many questions during our stay, but Sandra was always quick to respond! Really cannot recommend this property more…you won’t be disappointed!

Property was amazing, clean, and provided all the essentials needed, which made the stay that much better. The view couldn’t be beat and the location was perfect! An Amazing Condo with Ocean Views

This was an amazing updated condo with a great balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. It had everything you needed to go to the beach and the hotel with restaurants was a quick 4 minute walk. Sandra was an amazing host and responded to my texts right away. Puerto Rico was so beautiful and we will stay here again.

Just what we needed

My wife and I came down for a relaxing getaway and an opportunity to wxplore the Northeast of the island. The property was in a great location with an awesome view of the ocean, the pool, and the 16th green on the ocean course. The pool at this end of the conplex is nice ans quiet with all the hubub a short walk away. The location was less than an hour drive from the airport abd less than an hour to go catch the ferry to Vieques for a night to see the Bio Bay (an absolute must if you havent seen it) a bunch of restaurant options on site and a ton more a short drive away. Sandra was an awesome host with tons of advice and suggestions and always a quick response. We cant wait to comw back and stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

This rental was exactly as advertised. Maybe even better in person. Beds were comfortable (bed and both futons), the view was amazing and the Wyndham property was fun to explore. The hotel concierge at the Wyndham hotel was happy to help us even after we told him we were staying in Ocean Villas and gave us great advice. The pools were mostly close to empty for our entire stay at all hours. The most people we saw were like 5 people in the pools the whole time. The beach was practically empty all week as well. The ocean can have some substantial currents at times but just don’t go out too deep and you can still have fun and swim your heart out there too and play in the waves. We did manage to swim in the hotel pools a couple of evenings but I don’t think you’re supposed to. And we frankly just wanted to come back to the villa’s empty pools anyways. The location was super convenient. Everything was an easy drive (grocery stores, Walmart, Luquillo, Fajardo and San Juan). Excellent location. Sandra was an absolute dream of a property manager. Answered all texts promptly, handled any hiccups quickly and also sent us lots of helpful information before our arrival. She’s super friendly and great and you can tell this rental is loved and taken care of. Small things were appreciated like dish soap and toilet paper. I am a very light sleeper and it was so nice and quiet all the time. My adult children and I very much enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Couldn’t have been a better location! Pool and beach are steps away. So many terrific local options close by for coffee, smoothies, lunch and dinner. Sandra was great and provided lots of suggestions ahead of time. We didn’t spend too much time inside but the space was great and it was nice having laundry there. The twin futons are not great. (Might be ok for little kids?) That was the only downside but we worked it out and everyone was comfortable.
