La villa est située à l'intérieur des locaux du Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort sur une communauté fermée. Est très privé et paisible près de l'action sur l'hôtel. Est un quartier touristique de sorte que vous pouvez trouver de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité. We had a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the added bathroom amenities, and the fully stocked kitchen with all appliances you could need as well as basic pantry staples for cooking. The view is beautiful with direct access to the beach and pools. Quiet and relaxing.We plan to bring our kids back for a family vacation soon. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

An Amazing Condo with Ocean Views

This was an amazing updated condo with a great balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. It had everything you needed to go to the beach and the hotel with restaurants was a quick 4 minute walk. Sandra was an amazing host and responded to my texts right away. Puerto Rico was so beautiful and we will stay here again.

Just what we needed

My wife and I came down for a relaxing getaway and an opportunity to wxplore the Northeast of the island. The property was in a great location with an awesome view of the ocean, the pool, and the 16th green on the ocean course. The pool at this end of the conplex is nice ans quiet with all the hubub a short walk away. The location was less than an hour drive from the airport abd less than an hour to go catch the ferry to Vieques for a night to see the Bio Bay (an absolute must if you havent seen it) a bunch of restaurant options on site and a ton more a short drive away. Sandra was an awesome host with tons of advice and suggestions and always a quick response. We cant wait to comw back and stay here again.

Beautiful view

We loved our stay at this villa which is part of the Wyndham Rio Mar property. It’s a short walk to the resort, restaurants and casino. The unit itself was adequate but in need of a refresh which Sandra told us she has planned in the fall. The bed was the worst part of the stay which was disappointing. It is either very old or very inexpensive and definitely needs an upgrade — or at least a mattress pad for comfort.The kitchen had most of what we needed. Other than that Sandra was very responsive to our needs. Location is great. Good jumping off point for lots of activities and close to San Juan. Great restaurants nearby as well.

Amazing Stay!

This rental was exactly as advertised. Maybe even better in person. Beds were comfortable (bed and both futons), the view was amazing and the Wyndham property was fun to explore. The hotel concierge at the Wyndham hotel was happy to help us even after we told him we were staying in Ocean Villas and gave us great advice. The pools were mostly close to empty for our entire stay at all hours. The most people we saw were like 5 people in the pools the whole time. The beach was practically empty all week as well. The ocean can have some substantial currents at times but just don’t go out too deep and you can still have fun and swim your heart out there too and play in the waves. We did manage to swim in the hotel pools a couple of evenings but I don’t think you’re supposed to. And we frankly just wanted to come back to the villa’s empty pools anyways. The location was super convenient. Everything was an easy drive (grocery stores, Walmart, Luquillo, Fajardo and San Juan). Excellent location. Sandra was an absolute dream of a property manager. Answered all texts promptly, handled any hiccups quickly and also sent us lots of helpful information before our arrival. She’s super friendly and great and you can tell this rental is loved and taken care of. Small things were appreciated like dish soap and toilet paper. I am a very light sleeper and it was so nice and quiet all the time. My adult children and I very much enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Another wonderful stay in paradise

We had another wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. Everything was nice and comfortable and easy. The villa is roomy and the kitchen is great for cooking meals if you want to eat in. We always enjoy walking on the beach in the morning and love that there aren’t a lot of people staying in the complex. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect vacation spot!

Sandra was wonderful and the unit was exactly as described! Would recommend this unit and the property! The pools are steps away with plenty of chairs, and the beach is gorgeous. Would highly recommend a car for groceries, sight seeing and restaurants.

Beautiful Location

I was really surprised with the lack of people at the complex and on the beach. It was amazing and felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room had everything we needed and the view was unbeatable. There was a poltergeist light in the room that came on and off for no reason and I was too dumb to figure out how to turn it off but otherwise our stay was amazing. We loved shucking the coconuts on the beach and we were lucky enough to see the turtles hatched right outside of our room.

Quiet escape

The space was clean and the view was great! The area was very quiet, no crowds to speak of. The process to get in/out of the gated resort was easy. Sandra was easily reachable if needed and the added touch of consumables on hand was very much appreciated - coffee, a little snack, dish soap, toiletries, sunscreen, and bug spray. We will definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful scenery

Sandra is so wonderful she texted back right away with any questions that we had, she did an amazing job advertising her Villa. The pool/ beach view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The villa was very clean and updated. Everyone around there was very friendly and helpful, plenty of places to eat and see. Definitely will come back.
