The Space:
Welcome to our fully furnished and recently remodeled resort home in Maple Grove!

This home offers immediate access to Hwy 610 and the Elm Creek reserve, as well as a short 5-minute commute to Maple Grove Hospital!

On the top floor of this split level, you’ll find 3 Bedrooms with Alexa smart devices and Roku TVs, and a completely remodeled bathroom. The living room, dining room, and Luxury kitchen all work together to create a seamless open concept. The kitchen boasts all-new appliances as well as ample storage and small appliance amenities (coffee maker, air fryer, etc.).

The lower level includes a large living room with a workspace, and a large master bedroom and an attached recently built bathroom that offers a private, comfortable experience.

We're also pleased to offer you plenty of consumables - no need to bring your own TP here!! We provide plenty of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Hand / Dish Soaps, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Garbage bags, Ziploc bags, Aluminum Foil, Napkins, basic Kitchen condiments and coffee grounds.

Kitchen amenities included: 2 coffee drip pots, toaster, magic bullet blender, french press, electric tea kettle, mini waffle maker, toaster/ pizza oven, plenty of dishes, utensils, pots & pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, salt & pepper, mustard, napkins, paper towels, aluminum foil, parchment paper & ziplock bags.

Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.
