Welcome to your perfect lakeside getaway in Lineville, AL! This spacious home offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of room for up to 13 guests. Also, a double kayak is available at the property for guests to enjoy!

On the main level, enjoy a cozy bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2), a comfortable living area with stunning lake views, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island. Step outside to the deck, where you'll find bar seating, a fire pit, and easy access to the boat slip—perfect for guests bringing their own boat!

Upstairs, the loft features a futon (sleeps 1) and a bedroom with a full-size trundle bed (sleeps 2) and a queen bed (sleeps 2), along with a single bed with a trundle. Another bedroom upstairs offers a king bed (sleeps 2) for extra comfort.

The basement is the ultimate hangout spot, complete with a theater room for movie nights, a kitchenette, and a laundry room. The basement bedroom includes a full-size trundle bed (sleeps 2) and twin bunk beds (sleeps 2), perfect for kids or additional guests.

This family-friendly home also includes a variety of board games, a propane grill for outdoor cooking, and everything you need for an unforgettable lakefront experience! Whether you're here to relax, explore the lake, or enjoy quality time with loved ones, this property is the perfect escape.

Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract and authorize a security deposit prior to their reservation.

Please note that our property although right by the lake, is amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Please enjoy a cozy fire out at the gas fire pit/table on the outdoor deck. We ask that you keep watch over small children as we do not want any accidents to occur. Please switch off the fire table after using.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Do let us know how many of your fur babies should we expect to arrive as well.
