Welcome to this extraordinary 2-floor penthouse, boasting 3 spacious bedrooms, including a massive master suite with its own private ocean view terraceâperfect for soaking in breathtaking sunsets. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.
The open-concept living room and kitchen lead to another expansive ocean view terrace, ideal for dining or relaxing while overlooking the sparkling Pacific. Enjoy the convenience of private elevator access directly into your apartment, along with private parking spot.
The penthouse is bathed in natural light, offering a bright and sunny atmosphere throughout. Comfortably furnished, and fully equipped.
With some of the best ocean views in Tamarindo, this penthouse is a luxurious escape you'll never forget!
There is however a pool that is about to get renovated. As this common space requires upgrading, we have not included it as an amenity that is available. Inquire about the pool should this be a requirement during your stay as the renovation is planned imminently.

Although this property is in very close distance to all amenities of town, a golf cart or car rental rental is recommended. All homes with fantastic views like these are positioned on the hills of Tamarindo. Golf carts are the most fun way to explore the area!

âąâ â No more than the registered # of guests
- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
âąâ â Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
âąâ â Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
âąâ â Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
âąâ â In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
