Ce chef-d'œuvre de 7000 pieds carrés a été achevé en 2011 et comprend 6 chambres (toutes avec salle de bains privative complète avec douche), 6. 5 salles de bains, une piscine chauffée au gunite 20x40, une grande cuisine gastronomique équipée des derniers appareils et deux lave-vaisselle, et cinq foyers au gaz. Il y a un Master BR et un Junior Master BR, chacun pourvu d'un lit King Size. Une magnifique clôture en verre a récemment été installée autour du périmètre de la piscine, alliant sécurité pour les enfants avec une apparence et une sensation luxueuses. Les films / sports peuvent être appréciés sur un écran de projection HD de 133 'dans le théâtre ou sur l'écran plat de 65' dans le salon. Les décorations et finitions intérieures sont de bon goût et de la plus haute qualité dans toute la maison. La majorité des toilettes ont des sièges chauffants. Situé sur une impasse, la maison et ses environs sont à la fois privés et calmes.

Un porche couvert garantit la capacité de griller malgré les intempéries ainsi qu'un endroit ombragé pour se détendre. Le gril à gaz extérieur a 6 brûleurs et il y a aussi un gril à charbon. Une belle salle à manger et une grande table extérieure offrent la possibilité de déguster un repas à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Une des chambres peut être livrée avec un lit bébé si vous le souhaitez, d'autres articles pratiques pour les enfants sont également disponibles (table à langer, chaise haute, etc.). La laveuse et la sécheuse LG sont situées au rez-de-chaussée et au niveau supérieur. Des haut-parleurs intégrés dans la cuisine, la salle à manger, le porche, la piscine, le salon et le théâtre offrent une diffusion parfaite de la musique de votre choix dans la zone de votre choix. Les amateurs de sauna s'émerveilleront du sauna russe / Banya 8x10 construit sur mesure et immaculé. Une expérience luxueuse du début à la fin. La maison est plus belle en personne que les images peuvent capturer. Ma femme et moi sommes particulièrement fiers de notre maison et de nous assurer que vous viviez une expérience parfaite dans les Hamptons.

Wonderful home, great location

This home was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed and more and is in a perfect location in Southampton. You’re 5 mins from town, but it feels secluded and private. The host is very responsive and accommodating and helped make our stay perfect. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

Unbelievable place. Honestly can not believe this house is a vacation rental. You will understand when you get there. Kitchen has everything. Location and private feeling together. Kid friendly.

Amazing stay in the Hamptons!

What an incredible home. The property was great for a family get together and the house was very perfect. It truly felt like a home and not like a "rental". The rooms and beds were all very comfortable, and there was tons to do for the kids. We truly had an all around great stay and cannot recommend Daniel and his home enough. Almost as importantly, Daniel was so flexible with all of the scheduling issues that we had and went above and beyond to work with us... thank you again.

Lovely House, Very Helpful Owner

A group of ten stayed in this house for 4 nights in February; the house was terrific - clean, well decorated and carefully cared for. We were able to find all of the materials we needed in the kitchen and the music system and television were easy to operate. All of the rooms were extremely tidy and bathrooms and linens pristine. We also thoroughly enjoyed their sauna in the basement (with room for 6, at least). Daniel was very organized and was in touch with all of the details/recs we could need for our stay and was super responsive / available during the weekend itself. The house is about ten minutes from town and private. I would highly recommend this home!

Girlfriends' Getaway

This home is amazing - beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful Hamptons experience. We had 9 women who have been together for decades and frequently travel to luxurious places. We give this a 5+ and Daniel is super responsive to whatever you need. Loved it!

Idellic Hamptons Escape, Even in Incliment Weather!

Our group had a wonderful time at the home - super stylish, comfortable, well equipped, and responsive host! When the rain was coming in sideways all weekend we were very pleased to have the basement movie room at our disposal! Would definitely recommend to others and wouldn't hesitate to rent again! Amazing home for the perfect family getaway!

The photos online do not do this property justice. This home is immaculate and the decorating and layout are an absolute dream. This is the most beautiful home that is perfect for anyone, especially those with small children. In addition to the property being fenced off, the pool has a beautiful glass fence that made me feel very comfortable with 3 small children staying in the house. Daniel also provided us with a high chair and crib, which made packing very easy. The kitchen also has a small table for toddlers. The weather was perfect for our trip, but the A/C did break which was not the home owners fault. He sent someone immediately to repair it and even gave us a credit for the inconvenience. You will not be disappointed. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! We hope to return next year.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!

This is the first time we have ever rented a vacation home., I can not say enough about this amazing beautiful home!!! The home is so spacious , beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ever need! The host, Daniel was so accessible during our entire stay! The location is fantastic , only minutes from town and in a private cul de sac. It was the perfect getaway during this crazy time we are all in, for the long weekend we actually were super relaxed and life seemed so normal! Would 1000% recommend this home!

Holiday celebration with family

We rented this home to bring together children and grandchildren for an early Christmas celebration. The house was just as pictured. Beautiful and so comfortable for our entire family gathering! Daniel was a great host and so easy to work with. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook , with all the utensils, tools and serving pieces you would need. In fact the entire house was well stocked with the necessary supplies, making it so easy to simply arrive, unpack and enjoy the vacation and the many amenities in the area. There is nothing I would change about this house. It was a great choice that the entire family enjoyed!

This house is GORGEOUS!! Great multi-generational house!!

We absolutely loved 3 Hannah’s Court! It’s beautiful, comfortable and Daniel was awesome to work with! We were in SH for our son’s wedding with different family members from all over the country. It was perfect for relaxing and hanging out together in between events. It’s all set up for babies of all ages and has awesome toys for every age too! We had a private chef come one night and being served a delicious dinner in the lovely dining room was very special! We would definitely stay here again! Fabulous experience!!!! 🙏🤩❤️

The Perfect House with Perfect High End Amenities

Our family has an annual retreat in the Hamptons and our stay here was the best one we've had. The home is brand new and everything is beautiful and all the finishes were high end and luxurious. The home is really large with a lot of space for large families. The pool area was well appointed, with a really nice glass gate for protection for our kids without feeling like it was in the way. There was a built in music system in the living room, kitchen and outside that made our stay feel like we were at a resort. It really is a special home. The owner is also really accommodating and responsive to any requests or needs during the stay. He truly made us feel at home. The owner also takes pride in the home, making sure everything is always working and all needs are met. Would highly recommend the stay and we intend to become regulars here.

Beautiful property — excellent service!

My friends and I have a wonderful weekend this Fall in South Hampton at this wonderful home. Daniel was an excellent host, so on top of everything and proactively checking into to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is well suited for large groups, designed meticulously and laid out well for entertaining or just relaxing — we did both! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to stay there again soon.

The Ultimate Vacation Home!

We just returned from a two week stay at this gorgeous Southampton home. The owners were outstanding from the very beginning, and couldn't have been more accommodating! The home is beautiful both inside and out, providing child safety at every turn. Double sets of Washer/Dryers both upstairs and down helped with our never ending laundry. Perfect for us since we had 3 children under the ages of 3. Loved the location and the convenience to both Southampton and Sag Harbor. So much to do including the nearby Seven Ponds Orchard with pick/ur/own fruits and veggies and a wonderful playground! Looking forward to our return. Happy to submit this review...just don't take the two weeks we want next year!!

Fabulous vacation Rental in Southampton

From beginning to end the perfect summer vacation rental home experience! Beautiful home, beautiful pool and great location. From linens, to iPads and a completely stocked kitchen all amenities you could ask for to make for a successful and extremely comfortable summer rental. We couldn't have enjoyed our experience more. The owners were an absolute pleasure always available with any questions and completely on call to help if there were any issues. We were able to entertain both adult children with guests as well as our friends all together comfortably in this fabulous summer house. If your are looking to rent a summer home in the hamptons, this home will afford you a perfect summer vacation! As good as any 5 star luxury resort!

Perfect stay in the Hamptons

We could not have been more happy with our end-of-summer rental. Everything was so easy and courteous from the beginning of first contacting the owner to the rental process, to finally "moving into" our summer rental, to unfortunately having to leave this gorgeous house two weeks later. Our well traveled, international group of friends, were all surprised how spacious, cozy and comfortable this gem of a house was and we had a splendid time enjoying the rest of summer in the Hamptons. The House is so well equipped, that we all immediately eased into a vacation mode, nothing we could have possibly wanted, that wasn't part of the house. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, with comfortable mattresses and all en-suite bathrooms, perfect for our guests, lots of entertaining space for our outdoor birthday celebrations, indoor dinners on the dining table or the very large kitchen area, perfectly suited for communal brunches, lunches, buffets etc. The movie theatre-esk screen in the downstairs basement was a lounge favorite as well. Its a large property with enough room, indoors and outdoors, which makes this house so desirable, especially being located so closely to Southampton Village and even Sag Harbor in a small cul-de-sac, very private and quiet. The owner was great to deal with, had all sorts of local tips and recommendations for us and made sure on our arrival, that we were not short of anything needed. I wish all house rentals would be as easy, polite and courteous. We all had the best time, loved the house, garden and pool and hope to come back soon next year!

Southampton Retreat

My extended family of 12 including ages 1-88 years old had a wonderful stay in this fabulous home that suited everyone's needs beautifully! The baby had a beautiful crib and high hair waiting for her upon arrival! The floor plan was great for gathering spaces for all and large enough to have privacy when needed. The home is beautifully constructed and features fabulous decor and top of the line everything! The setting is very private and has a beautiful pool and tons of outdoor entertaining space. Two laundry rooms, huge finished lower level with a massive projection TV screen, gourmet kitchen and luxury baths were some of the features we enjoyed most. We loved the location too, just outside of Southhampton village and a quick drive to Sag Harbor. The owners were wonderful too, providing great information regarding the home, area restaurants and things to do. Wonderful hosts that made sure every detail was in order and followed up with us throughout our trip to see if anything was needed. You'll love this home, location and hosts that really make you feel welcome while visiting the Hamptons!

Was Great Holiday Stay last New Years

I had forgotten to write a review after last new years stay at this fantastic home. The owner is fantastic and very attentive. The house is spectacular. We still talk about the great memories we had here. Place looks even better than pictures if you can imagine. Just rent it without any fear,- its that great.

GREAT RETREAT

GREAT rental from exceptional owners who took great pride and joy in their home. Location turned out to be good due to ease of getting into Southampton AND surrounding towns. House was immaculate and a great space to entertain lots of family and friends. A great retreat!
