Paulâs house was a perfect base camp for my familyâs adventures to Zion and Bryce. With its open kitchen, two bathrooms and quiet bedrooms, the house could not have been more comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Paul is a great host, who provided a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Bonus tip: Check out Snow Canyon State Park as recommended by Paul. Itâs only 25 minutes from the house.
We had a great stay in this beautiful home. It was perfect for my wife and I and our five children. We were in a great location to visit the North Rim, Zion, and Red Cliffs.
Close to the golf course, able to golf almost every day, great scenery. Close to shopping. Found 3 family ran restaurants we enjoyed, Main Street Cafe (Italian), Lupita's (Mexican), TJ's (American).
This was a great place for those interested in biking/hiking Gooseberry Mesa and the surrounding parks. The front of the home faces North toward Zion, which we enjoyed. The home was spacious and clean, and the owner was hospitable to his guests (regarding extra linens, full kitchen, condiments, soap, etc.). The town of Hurricane also had several restaurants that would please a variety of tastes, as well as a Walmart and grocery store nearby.
We stayed during a soccer tournament and this property was perfect! 20 minute drive to St George. Just close enough to be close and just way enough to beat the crowds! (Went Presidents' Day weekend).. It was so nice to arrive and feel like we were staying with family. Comfortable and welcoming. Bedrooms were all nice size, nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen supplies were great! The pantry even had a few food staples- thank goodness for the pancakes and syrup! It was nice to have something available before we could make it to the store. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend.
The property was very clean and well-maintained. Kitchen well stocked.
We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was very nice and the furnace worked great. The home is well-maintained and stocked well. Even a closet full of toys for little kids. The only downside would be the distance to St. George. It takes about 25 minutes. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
This place is clean, well organized, and obviously taken care of.
A couple of us in our group liked be a ways out from St. George, while others preferred to be closer. The property is well taken care of and it's a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. We were awakened in the master bedroom by a loud high pitched tone in the middle of the night. This noise came from outside and happened all three nights that we stayed. It lasted at least 5 minutes each time. With all considered I will keep this place in mind as an excellent place to stay.
We had a great vacation here the home is situated close to all amenities and the neighbors were very nice. The house was comfortable and clean.
We would absolutely consider this home for a repeat stay!
My family stayed at this very clean nice home over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only disappointment was that the TV service was out. We tried to contact the carrier ourselves but they couldn't get the part delivered during our stay. We did watch lots of movies. Great location close to St. George without all the traffic congestion.
What a lovely home! Spacious, inviting, comfortable, beautiful -- it made our trip perfect. Staying in a home like this was so much more personal and comfortable than renting a motel room. I went ahhh! every time I walked inside. Everything was immaculate and in perfect working order, and the home had all the amenities. I will recommend this home to anybody wanting a pleasant, peaceful stay in the Zion or St. George area.

This home is enjoyed by my children who now have there own families. Natives of Utah, they enjoy the scenery or nearby canyons as well as Broadway quality productions at Nearby Tuachan Theater.
Known as Utah's Dixie for it's mild winters, offering golf year round. Yet within 2 hours, one can snow sky in the winter, and the next day tee up for a round of golf. Not unusual to see Iron man competitions, or the St. George Marathon held annually. The weekends are often full of people enjoying the outdoors, such as bicycle road tours, and hikers. Moutain Biking trails everywhere with fabulous scenery. Zions National Park, Bryce Canyon, Canyon Lands, Snow Canyon, Arches, The Wave all relatively close. In the Summer Season,a Two Hour trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. .Tuachan outdoor theater offering Disney approved productions, broadway quality. Lots of nearby biking and hiking trails. 8 nearby Golf Courses, not enough, another 30 minute drive, 5 more in Mesquite Nevada, where, if in the mood and want to give some money away, there's gambling and affordable restaurants.
