Luxueuse villa dans une rue privée tranquille dans le village de Beaulieu-sur-Mer, entre Nice et Monaco. Situé à 5 min à pied de la plage, des restaurants, des boutiques et Casino. Près de Villefranche-sur-Mer et de la zone exclusive de Saint- Jean-Cap-Ferrat avec son magnifique promenades le long de la côte.

La propriété est une villa entièrement climatisée qui a un niveau élevé.

L'élégant, cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon au premier étage se ouvre sur une belle terrasse de 50 m², idéal pour se divertir et avec une belle vue sur la mer. Au rez de chaussée il ya 4 chambres doubles, 3 avec salle de bains et une salle de bains séparée. Au sous-sol il ya une cuisine d'été avec accès direct à la piscine. Il ya aussi une salle de bains, une buanderie et local technique.

The host was very helpful before and throughout our holiday and answered all our questions very quickly. He also gave us advice about local restaurants. The Villa was exceptionally well equipped and in a central location. Very easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The house itself was very well equipped with everything we needed. Although the pool wasn’t operational during our stay, the host was proactive in providing alternative options, which we really appreciated. The view from the kitchen balcony is absolutely stunning—such a beautiful spot to start or end the day. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to a supermarket, train station, and plenty of great restaurants. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect vacation villa

This villa is perfect for a family reunion with a nice pool and lovely terrace with a view of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula . You can enjoy leisurely meals and watch fireworks in the summer. The villa is well equipped for a large group of guests and ideally located in the center of town yet extremely quiet. We enjoyed it a lot and recommend it highly.

A memorable stay

We stayed a week in beautiful Beaulieu-sur-Mer, an area in which we’ve stayed many times but this time, we accompanied our son, his wife and three small children. The house exceeded our expectations: spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The generous hospitality of the host was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

This property was absolutely perfect from the cleanliness of the house to the surrounding neighborhood. Great food is accessible in under 10 min walks. The house itself accommodated 9 of my friends and everyone had 0 complaints. If I were to return to the french riviera I would stay at this property again.

The property was magnificent. 5 bathrooms For 5 of us .. The upstairs has a spacious kitchen and is beautiful . Large grill we cooked on day #1 Our deck had the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean and our pool was the perfect temperature. Walking distances for dinner short walk to Breakfast , dinner many choices .. this villa is perfect 5 women all your own bathrooms!! Loved this town

Perfect villa in Beaulieu ~ Highly recommended!

The house is perfect and totally exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, has excellent WiFi and aircon, the views from the balcony are beautiful and the pool area is perfect! There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom or en-suite on the entry level. Great bathrooms and showers, lots of wardrobe space and nice and cool. Upstairs is a lovely open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area. The kitchen is super, really modern with everything you could possibly need. Outside there is a large wrap around balcony with eating and lounging areas. The views back to the hillside and across the bay are stunning. The lower ground floor has another kitchen, bathroom and well equipped utility room. The pool area is lovely, pool was spotlessly clean and well maintained and the sun bed / patio area is very private and relaxing. Garden gives a lovely setting and also well maintained. We honestly couldn’t fault the property and we’re very sad to leave! Baard thank you for being an excellent host, your communication is excellent and thank you for being so understanding when we had to change some plans. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a lovely town and less than a 5 min walk from the villa, the beach is another 5 mins. There are lovely bars and restaurants in town and along the port and a great beach club. Monaco is a 15 min drive one way and Nice the other way. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous Location, But Some Problems ...

The location in beautiful Beauliou-sur-Mer is absolutely fabulous. You can walk to most everything in and around the town. If you're a "walker," you can walk to St. Jean Cap Ferrat in the morning (or anytime) along the Promenade that is one of the one beautiful in the world. From there you can go to several beaches. (There's also a beach very close to the house.) The house is great for some guests who do not spend much time in the house itself: the living area is very small. The outdoor top patio/deck is amazing. The pool area is beautiful. There are 4 (small) bedrooms are on the middle floor (with no dressers for clothes or TVs). Unfortunately, we had some persistent problems with construction projects on three sides of the house with a huge crane obstructing what is otherwise a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. There was considerable noise during most of the day. The crane starting moving at 730AM sharp! There was sawing, cutting and banging most of the day. It's also a a good thing we did not have a car: there was nowhere to park on the street because the construction crews took all of the spaces with their cars and trucks. We also had a problem with ants in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. When we arrived, the caretakers were "gelling" the house to prevent ants from entering the bedroom area, but it did not prevent the ants from occupying one of the bathrooms and advancing into one of the bedrooms (or the first level laundry room). Ultimately, one of our guests left early to avoid the ants and the bathroom to which they were assigned. The same bathroom's toilet and shower drain were also clogged but that was fixed by the caretakers. There were several burned out lights in the master bathroom. Baard -- the owner -- is very responsive -- which is good. But because of the ant problem, the toilet/shower drain problem and the burned out lights, we did not feel the house was as well prepared for guests as it should have been. I am sure the owner will address these issues, though no one can predict the occurrence, intensity or length of construction projects around the house -- which (along with the ants) detracted significantly from our experience.

I'm really sorry to hear about your problems. We arrived the day after you left and there where no ants in the house and it is the first time in 10 years that we have had such a problem. Hopefully the ants went away for good. We have also been lucky regaring the noise exept that we can see the crane down the road. The guests that was here the week before you arrived are coming back in September and so it seems that they were lucky to. You also had a problem with the AC but I hope you got the temperature down to 18 degrees as requested.

We are 4 couples traveling together. We stayed in this magical villa with a private pool and large terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains behind. Just a short walk down to the lively & charming village center with shops and restaurants, casino, harbor, a beautiful local beach and an easy walk to secret coves and other beaches. Unforgettable. Toller Aufenthalt - Besser als erwartet

Das Haus ist ideal für 6-8 Personen und perfekt geschnitten ( 4x geräumige Schlafzimmer mit je einem dazugehörigen Bad mit WC ). Eine sehr ruhige und gehobene Gegend. Die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr üppig ausgestattet mit einigen Extras. Die Lage ist mit 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und 2 min zum Bäcker perfekt. Patrick und seine Frau haben den Empfang und die Verabschiedung bestens organisiert. Beaulieu sur Mer ist der ideale Ort um Nizza, Eze und Monaco zu erreichen ( je 15 min mit dem Auto ). Wir kommen definitiv wieder oder geben ein Kaufangebot zum Haus ab ;-)

Another perfect week "in paradise"

This was our sixth time in this wonderful house, and we have already booked for next summer. The wonderful house and it`s surroundings gives our family members memorable moments and days. We simply can`t find a better way to spend our holiday togehter, as the place gives opportunities both for relaxing and activities, for all ages , from early mornings to late nights;-)

Amazing villa!

We stayed at this wonderful villa for 5 days this spring. We were two couples that enjoyed the nice walks around Cap Ferrat and the season opening of the cool beach club Anao in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The villa has a very good standard, was very clean and very presentable. We enjoyed the heated pool as well. The terrace overlooking the sea was amazing in the mornings and evenings. The villa is located in a quiet, private street but still a short distance from the main street of Beaulieu. We can recommend the restaurant Fabrik just 2-3 minutes from the villa. Great food and atmosphere! Just across the street from the restaurant you also find the bakery that opens very early every morning. The villa is an ideal place for families and we hope to return with the children later in season.

We are back at this great villa once again:-)

Our family has stayed at this villa before and we went back for a great spring week. The villa is very well equipped for a family with all the necessary things you need. We love that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom so that nobody needs to wait in the mornings or afternoon before we go out for dinner. This time it was a new concierge for the villa that speaks fluently English and is very helpful. He received us on arrival and helped with a few tips. We love the location of the villa because you can walk to everything and a car is not necessary. We highly recommend walks around Cap Ferrat and lunch at Plage Passable at the end of the walk. Fresh pastry can be bought at the bakery just down the street from early in the morning. We can recommend this villa to everyone who would like to have a great holiday with family or friends. We hope to come back soon:-)

Great house with a fantastic location

We had a wonderful week in the start of October with family and friends and the villa was fare better than expected! The house was nicely furnished and had all the appliances that you need for a family holiday including a big barbeque on the terrace. The couple that looks after the house had done everything in order before our arrival and the house was very clean and well organized. One of the great things about the house was that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom! Great when you are 6 adults and 5 children. The view from the terrace overlooking Cap Ferrat and the bay is very nice. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool. You don’t need a car staying at this house since everything is within walking distance – restaurants, bakery, the beach etc. We would love to come back!

Traumhafte Villa mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Die Villa liegt wunderschön in Beaulieu oberhalb vom Marktplatz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 4 kleinen Kindern dort. Vor allem den Pool fanden die Kinder toll- sogar Wasserspielzeug war da. Auf der Terasse haben wir den Grill oft genutzt und den tollen Ausblick aufs Meer genossen. Der Hausmeister hat alle Kleinigkeiten sofort behoben.

Highly recommended!! A memory for life.

Highly recommended!! This high quality villa and it`s nice garden with the pool area is perfect for a great holiday with family or friends. Our family, 4 generations from 1-75 years, have been here 4 summers since 2013 and we have for sure booked for next summer ! We all, young an older, think this property is the best place for a great holiday together. When leaving, we start looking forward to come back;-) The owners agent is very helpful and is at your disposal during your stay. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Furnish and equipment are of high quality and the house is clean and beautifully presented. The integrated air conditioning system in all the rooms keeps the villa lovely and cool The pool area, with a lot of pool toys, is great for relaxing days in the sun, both for children as well as adults. You can relax and enjoy all day long by the pool area, as this area has it`s own kitchen , bath room and comfortable sun beds and towels. The view from the lounge terrace over the Mediterrean and Cap Ferrat from the upper balcony is amazing , almost breathtaking. This is a “mindfullness” opportunity. To sit outside watching, not moving, just feel like “quality of life is very good, here and now”. Everything is within a walking distance and a car is not necessary . The villas location in the end of a private street is perfect regarding noise or traffic. Beaulieu is a peaceful and very pretty village and uncrowded. It`s location between Nice and Monaco is a perfect base if going on trips on the French Riviera, as the buses and trains are within a short walking distance

Fantastic villa with everything!

Our family of 4 just came home from a wonderful week in this beautiful villa in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. We know Beaulieu-sur-Mer well from trips to the town before but this is the first time we have rented a villa and we can recommend it highly! The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. All the furnishings and equipment are high quality and the house was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented when we arrived. The pool area is great for lazy days in the sun. Everything is within a walking distance and a car is really not necessary if you stay in the village. The villas location in the end of a private street was perfect with no noise or traffic. We can recommend this villa to everyone who would like to have a great holiday with family or friends.

Tiny, Wales 2013

It is aways said you should never revisit a place where you have happy memories as they are likely to be dashed.....well this Villa is the exception! We were last here 4 years ago, at a different time of year, but this Villa was every bit as wonderful as we remembered. It's location means you do not have to have a car, the buses and trains transport you around the area with ease and efficiency. The places to visit are just sublime...even in chilly spring weather. The town itself is delightful, with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops to while away the time. However, with the port and beaches within walking distance, as well as glorious walks along the shore, it is sometimes difficult to decide what to do. That is when the balcony with it's glorious views provide a delightful spot to make these decisions....or not! The grandchildren were very well catered for by way of equipment and toys, a real pleasure. The whole experience started so well as we were met by very helpful people who introduced us to the Villa and this set the tone for our week. I only wish we could have had longer. I would strongly recommend this villa as a perfect base for a family holiday, especially if you have all the family together!

My damily found Beaulieu-sur-Mer in the summer of 2003 and loved the village so much that we a few months later bought our first apartment there. In 2007 be bought the villa that we completely renovated to a high standard with no expense spared and is fitted out to the highest standard.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The villa is in a private, quiet street in the village of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, between Nice and Monaco. Just 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and Casino. Close to Villefranche-sur-Mer and the exclusive area of St. Jean-Cap-Ferrat with its stunning walks along the coast.

It has a very nice sea view and a pool area that is very uniqe to the village.
