Home is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours, parking, trash, and occupancy are strictly enforced.
Home has some older family heirlooms including a piano and cabinets that must be cared for and not damaged during stay.
Guest understands and respects that there is zero tolarance for parties, smoking or vaping, and unauthorized pets.
Pets will 100% the sole responsibility of the registered guest and all damages and clean up will be charged directly to the registered guest with no complaint.
PLEASE NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OR SIGNED VEHICLES INCLUDING LARGER ONES (CAMPERS) ARE ALLOWED AT THIS SITE DUE TO CONVANENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD ANY FINES WILL BE PAID BY GUEST INCLUDING TOW FEES
Guest does not have access to the garage during the stay but parking is available for free off the street in the driveway. Guest will need to sign the guest agreement required by municipal code 3 days before the stay to gain access codes. Agreement will include taking care of the home, no noise or party violations, keeping pet under control etc.Sorry the indoor fireplace is not safe or usable as we await a repair - no fires will be allowed during your stay
