The rental includes the home without any other guests or interruptions. We do have locked areas for the owners private items including a closet and the garage. We ask that you respect those boundaries.

We are close and do check on things but will respect your privacy. If you are staying for an extended trip, we will schedule times for safety, battery and filter checks.

Our city has codes that must be followed by the guest and all occupants under the guests reservation. Including noise and quiet hours, parking (only 2 in driveway), pet must be fully under control of guest including damage and clean up. The owners have a couple of antique pieces that need special care including a piano and curio cabinet. Also ABSOLUTELY no smoking or vaping inside the home.

Sorry the indoor fireplace is not safe or usable as we await a repair - no fires will be allowed during your stay
Home is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours, parking, trash, and occupancy are strictly enforced.
Home has some older family heirlooms including a piano and cabinets that must be cared for and not damaged during stay.
Guest understands and respects that there is zero tolarance for parties, smoking or vaping, and unauthorized pets.
Pets will 100% the sole responsibility of the registered guest and all damages and clean up will be charged directly to the registered guest with no complaint.

Guest does not have access to the garage during the stay but parking is available for free off the street in the driveway. Guest will need to sign the guest agreement required by municipal code 3 days before the stay to gain access codes.
