This is a waterfront Luxury home in Stella Maris the waterfront in Dubai Marina.
The epitome of luxurious urban lifestyle, Stella Maris is in one of Dubaiâs most iconic destinations â the Dubai Marina. Offers an exclusive waterfront lifestyle, a bustling community, an endless variety of restaurants, and leisure experiences.
The development boasts luxurious lifestyle residences with apartments overlooking the marina and Arabian Gulf Sea
Gorgeous views, a large balcony in the living and bedroom,
sofa bed for 2nd one in the living room with a large smart TV Wi-Fi 256 Mbps, an open modern kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and dedicated work table in the living area are just a few of the amenities youâll find inside this one-bedroom apartment. Ideally located in Dubai, youâll find a lot to love outside as well. When youâre ready to relax, youâll be happy to discover every We make sure the bedroom comes with superior-quality mattresses, luxury linens, and cozy towels. We handle everything so you can simply show up and start living. This apartment also offers in-apartment laundry.
A spacious bathroom comes with a bathtub.

Guests have access to the swimming pool, gymnasium, cinema hall, pool table play, and kid's play area.
The Marina is a hotspot for tourists. There are hundreds of restaurants to choose from, plenty of evening entertainment, and beach activities for the day.
The area is well known as being one of the first-ever prime locations for outdoor events in Dubai. The famous 'walk' is where you will find a buzzing atmosphere of fashionistas, families enjoying meals and the supercars making their rounds... so grab a seat sip a coffee and watch the world go by! Walking distance to Dubai tram, Metro station, and RTA boat station. Dubai Marina Mall is just 20 minutes' walk away.
Marina Walk is just behind the building.
The building is very new and just moved in. Still, it is in the warranty period, and can expect for initial few months here and there of work going on.
Additional rules
1. All staying guests need to provide passport copy before check-in as it is a mandatory requirement from DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept) and some building management.
2. Before check in the Holiday Home Guest check-in document to be signed by guest booked which constitutes a Holiday Home terms & conditions between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. A security deposit of 1000 AED or equivalent currency (for monthly guest 1500 AED ) to be paid before check-in. This may be paid in cash . Conduct that is not accordance with house rules may result in charges against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or others
4. Access cards and keys are important assets of property and if lost, a replacement fee will be collected from security deposit.
5. To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
6. Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbours, refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behaviour
7. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbour when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
8. Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
10. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit.
11. Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking.
12. To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance normal practice at the Unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
13. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. They must comply with requirements in relation to the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization
14. Guest should take of their valuable personal things at all times and we will not be responsible for any loss.
