During shoulder and off-season, the main house (Blue Horizon) and Blue Cove (ground-level apartment) can be rented separately or together.

Blue Cove is a ground-level apartment with king bed, full kitchen, walk-in closet, full size W/D, private separate entrance, fully fenced patio, and outdoor dining area.

1 king bedroom is a ground floor apartment, a separate entrance from the main house, perfect for those that don't always want to deal with the stairs. You have your own private entrance inside the fence. The back deck stairs will lead you back up to the main house.
