Regarding the water interruption, we did reach out to you and provided updates based on the information we received from the HOA regarding the situation. While this was an issue beyond our direct control, we understand the inconvenience it caused and apologize for the impact it had on your stay. As discussed upon your departure, a partial-day refund was also mutually agreed upon as a courtesy for the disruption. We appreciate you bringing your other concerns to our attention, including the condition of the appliances, missing remote batteries, and TV and Wi-Fi performance.
