Cozy 1 bedroom apartment, 5min walk to the sea!

Our one bedroom apartment is located on a Third floor with a ocean view with a lot of natural light. Right in the center of town -- three blocks/5-minute walk from the main waterfront and a 3-minute walk to the farmer's market and affordable food court.
This fully-furnished apartment includes a stocked kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, etc.), dining/living room, separate bedroom and bath.

The space
The apartment has one queen size bed and one double sofa bed inside the bedroom. One double sofa bed in the main living area that provides additional sleeping capacity for families and larger travel groups.
The fully-stocked kitchen enables you to save money cooking a few of your own meals so as to spend funds on island tours.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment via a private entrance with an electronic door lock.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- HOUSE RULES: no smoking inside the apartment; no parties; quiet time from 9pm to 7am; dry your clothes on the backyard clotheslines and avoid wearing shoes inside the apartment.

- Once you make a booking, we will send you a 30-page Welcome Guide .pdf, which we created to provide our guests with tips on island excursions (land and marine), weather and packing suggestions, local history, check-in instructions, and more.

- Only one cleaning service will be performed at the time of check-out. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, please contact us through the reservation website. The guest is responsible for the $25 cleaning fee.
Extra charges will be made if the apartment is left extremely dirty, if there are damages or missing items.

- For environmental reasons, we offer complimentary towel replacements, but please be advised that changing bed linens, such as sheets, will incur an additional charge.

- All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation.
