Ample parking for vehicles & trailers ensures a hassle-free stay. Located near the M-55 corridor, you’re just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or simply relaxing, this home is your ultimate lakefront escape!

• Plenty of room – Although this property is marketed for 8 guests, it has plenty of room and beds for up to 14 guests.
• Fully stocked kitchen to meet all your food preparation needs
• Luxury bed linens and bathing towels
• Kayaks and water accessories
• Boat mooring buoy to secure your boat during your stay

We offer an indirect interaction unless otherwise requested by a guest. We believe in and are committed to being behind the scenes as much as possible for the duration of your stay. If you do find you need something during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
Our property is thoughtfully designed as a peaceful family retreat, ideal for those seeking relaxation. In keeping with this atmosphere, we kindly ask that the home is not used for events, parties, or large gatherings, as outlined in our rental agreement and house rules. To ensure comfort for everyone, we ask that the total number of people—both guests and visitors—does not exceed the maximum capacity of 14. We have just a few simple house rules that reflect this family-focused setting, and as long as they’re respected, guests can expect a tranquil, hassle-free stay
All guests are required to fill out and sign our electronic rental agreement to complete and finalize reservation. The Rental Agreement will be sent to guests thru the OwnerRez system after initiating the booking with VRBO. Additional guest information beyond VRBO requirements may be requested.
A Security deposit in the amount of $300 is required to complete the reservation process. The Security Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card 2 days prior to arrival. So long as there is no claim against the deposit, it will be released 7 days after departure.
To protect our business interests and ensure the property remains available for compliant and cooperative guests, failure to complete the required steps of signing our rental agreement and setting up the security deposit within 48 hours of us accepting your reservation request will be considered an incomplete reservation. In this case, your dates will be released and made available for other guests to book.
Guests will be emailed on the day of arrival with directions and property access instructions. Guests can access the property with an electronic lock on the door.

As curtailed in our rental agreement and house rules, our property is not to be used by groups or gatherings of guests/visitors for events, parties, reunions, get-togethers, etc. The maximum number of people, including guests and/or visitors, at the property is NOT to exceed the maximum capacity of 14 for this property - including visitors to the property. As long as guests follow and abide by our few simple and respectable house rules that align our property with this family orientated concept, guests will more than likely never hear from us.
