Discover the beauty of North Topsail Beach! This location has something for everyone! With 5 large bedrooms (With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds - one twin over twin and another with a double on the bottom and a twin up top.) 4 full baths. This home is located on a narrow stretch of island between the Atlantic Ocean and the ICW. Great views of both! We are right on a canal in the quiet community of Galleon Bay. On the front porch notice the sign, it says it all... Paradise Found. It's truly the best of both worlds — water views from every window. Our private dock allows you to enjoy boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and other water sports. There is plenty of room to tie up your boat or water toys. The boat lift is not available with the rental. Additionally, the ICW entrance at the end of the canal was just dredged in 2024 to make it easier to get out and in! There is a beach access at the end of the road for those who wish to look for sea shells, relax, swim, surf, or go fishing. There is an expansive wrap-around deck for outdoor entertaining along with decks from all the upstairs bedrooms, a screened-in porch off the living room, and a ground-level canal front deck. A custom large outdoor shower. You will not grow tired of the Ocean and ICW views. Just to spotlight a few of the features: Hardwood floors, an expansive gourmet kitchen open to the living room and dining room area, large rooms, views, location, and affordable insurance.! A large laundry room is also centrally located for your convenience.

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

Trash goes out on Tuesday nights and Friday nights please! They come early in the am.

The house accommodated us well and is perfectly situated for a quick and easy walk to the beach and only a few minute drive from nearby restaurants and stores. The check-in and check-out process were seamless with great communication from the host. We did have to make our own beds and buy our own basic supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc., but overall wonderful place! We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

A great getaway

The beach house was everything we neeeded as a group. It's right next to the beach. It has plenty of space and was very comfortable for everybody who came. The accomodations were excellent and the area is beautiful. Lots of great views and had a lot of fun playing games at the big dining room table. We would for sure book this house again for future vacations. 10 out of 10

Big enough for the whole family!

We had plenty of room inside and out, plenty of parking & storage. Very close to the beach. Fantastic kitchen dining & outdoor spaces.Note: this home was on the market -so there is nothing in the pantry so bring your own spices.

Wonderful experience!

My family and some friends stayed at this great property for 7 days, 6 nights. Joann, the owner, checked i. With me shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was as described and to let me know I could contact her for anything. Communication was 10/10. The house was clean and the linens and towels come in packages so you know that they are clean and fresh. The downstairs and kitchen area are all open and ideal for family dinners and there was so much seating around the table, kitchen bar, and island. The house is wrapped in windows so the natural light in the house is like nothing else. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the 2min walk to the beach (we learned that you aren’t allowed to walk outside over the dunes), beach fishing, rented surf boards and body boards, a 10min drive to town for groceries or other essentials, the jacuzzi, and so many other things! I 100% recommend this property for all different kinds of visitors.
