The space
The property is freshly completed and is located in the southern part of Montanita in a quiet residential area and in front of a beach break.

This boho style room is in front of the pool, overlooking the ocean. It features a king size bed OR 2 twin size beds (up to your preference), AC, closets and a private bathroom with hot water.

You have access to an outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, utensils and crockeries.

You can enjoy the chilling areas, the pool and a gazebo with hammocks.

It's a 10-min walk away from "downtown" Montañita where you can find lots of restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

If you're a surfer, you'll enjoy the wide beach break straight in front of the property and the famous right point break: La Punta, located 15-min walk away.
