Summary:

Between the views of Table Rock Lake, the homey atmosphere, and a downstairs game room complete with pool table and wet bar, it’s hard to pick a favorite part of The Greenview Manor. But one thing is for sure. This home will be the central highlight of your getaway to the Ozarks and Table Rock Lake.



The Space:

In a home meant to host many, the main level is dedicated to open concept gathering. The living area is furnished with plush couches under spacious, vaulted ceilings. Indoor leisure time can be spent streaming movies, shows, or sporting events on the large smart tv while lounging about and relaxing. In addition to the pool table and wet bar, the downstairs game area has more couches and another tv where you can have movie nights without interruption. Right off the upper living room, the home’s back deck features open views of the lake, which make grilling up dinner and relaxing outside all the more enjoyable.



Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped to make snacks and meals for your entire group. Quick bites or casual breakfasts can be had at the kitchen counter with barstool seating for 2, and formal meals can be hosted at the dining table which seats 6.



This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and extra sleeper sofas.



Bedroom #1 has a full size bed.



Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, ensuite bathroom, and deck.



Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have a king size bed.



Additional sleeping spaces - 1 queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living room

This house was nice and big. Very clean. The view was exceptional. Loved sitting on the deck and drinking coffee in the mornings. Sitting on the deck at night was just as beautiful. The only thing that we found not to our liking was the couch in the main living room. It was really uncomfortable as you had to lean all the way back to the back of the couch which made it hard to sit up, as well as put a strain on your back. Unless you put 2 pillows behind you. One of the chairs in the dining room was very loose and one of us almost fell out of it. But that's an easy fix for the owners. The driveway is very steep and narrow you have to back out of it which is hard due to the drive being so steep and then having a sharp turn on the road once at the top of the drive way. The drive way is to narrow to turn a truck or a big suv around in it. But other then those small things we were very pleased with the house.

Very nice property. House was clean, beds were comfortable, host worked with us on some changes to our reservations. This was an overall excellent experience. It's less than a twenty minute drive to Silver Dollar City, which was our daytime destination.

This house was very spacious and clean with a nice deck and view but could use some updates. I specifically asked about stairs as my elderly and mobility impaired parent were traveling with us and was told that this property was a single story with no stairs which is incorrect. There is one bedroom and bath downstairs along with the pull out couch.I would not recommend this house for anyone traveling with elderly and/or mobility impaired family. The driveway is very steep making it difficult to load/unload. The couches on main floor and patio furniture are low to the ground making it difficult to get out of. The dining table and chairs and all of the beds are tall making it difficult to get in and out easily.

The house was very roomy, lots of space for us to spread out. The view of the lake is beautiful. It’s about 20 minutes to pretty much every popular attraction in the area, and very close to restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were VERY comfortable! The home was clean and well-maintained and stocked with plenty of dishes and drinkware. We will definitely consider it again for future trips to the area!

Peaceful Getaway Oasis

The property was extremely beautiful, very clean, and suited us great. It was more room than expected. I loved the balcony on both levels. The kids really enjoyed themselves.

Had an amazing stay with our family. The view was beautiful and the house fit our needs. The house was clean and spacious. The teens loved the pool table. It was close to the different activities we had planned. When we had questions about the property they were answered quickly. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

Overall we had a great experience. Rooms were clean and spacious. Really accommodated our large group. From the pictures online we were expecting a better view of the lake and driveway was a bit more narrow than we were expecting making it kind of hard to park multiple vehicles. Knowing all of this we would definitely still choose this property to stay at again!

Beds were very comfortable. The host was excellent, responded to questions very quickly. The game room downstairs was perfect to spend time with the family. The info says they supply 3 rolls of toilet paper but didn't mention that it was 3 rolls per bathroom so there was plenty without buying more. I recommend parking in the garage because the driveway is steep and hard to turn around unless you use the garage. Overall a great place to stay. if you don't mind being 30 minutes outside of Branson

The home is beautiful and very clean. It’s not too far from Branson, but the drive is a little longer than expected. The driveway is very steep as stated in the description. Unloading the car was a chore. You either had stairs in the garage or a very steep walk with coolers and luggage. This is the only reason I don’t give it an excellent rating. I give it very good. The host answered every question promptly, but some of the responses were not able to be done. Example no black trash bags where they said they were located. We did have to wash frequently as there were 8 people in the house. There were pods supplied, but we ran out quickly. When they say a starting supply, they mean it. Bring or buy toilet paper bath supplies, and washing supplies if you have a large group and staying longer. Our stay was very enjoyable.

We loved our visit! Things we wish we could change - there needs to be a full size trash can and the AC needs to be serviced. We couldn’t get it below 75 during the day.

Family weekend

We had a family weekend before school starts back. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool table was a huge hit! The house was very clean and comfortable. You are on the top of a hill so you can look across and see the lake. It was a very relaxing weekend. Property manager does a great job.

Spacious house with views of the lake. It was perfect for our family reunion. Well equipped. Our check in instructions asked for trash to be put in the trash can and dumpster. Neither were available for us to use. These along with a couple more trash bags would be easy fixes.

We had a nice week long stay! The deck was a quiet place to sit and enjoy beautiful views of Table Rock lake and the Ozark Mountains. The kids enjoyed playing pool downstairs. It was a great size house for us to have plenty of space and not feel on top of eachother. One thing to mention, you could smell that their had been cats at one time. We kept all the fans on, and that helped.
