Our guests will be close to everything when you stay at our place in Mountain Green, UT! Our new townhome has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Guests will enjoy community amenities: seasonal pool, hot tub & pickleball courts. Walk to brand new supermarket. Close to many ski resorts: Snowbasin 12mins, Nordic Valley 28mins, Powder Mountain 37mins and Park City 1hr. We are also close to all season sports: hiking, fishing, swimming at Pineview Reservoir 20mins. Golf courses w/in 20min

Our new and spacious 3 level townhome includes 3 ensuite bedrooms, comfortable living/ dining area, well stocked kitchen and a half bath. Our place is perfect for family and friend getaways during all seasons.

Our place offers a private driveway and garage. Guests will receive door codes 24hrs before arrival for smooth and seamless entry.

*BEDROOMS*
Our place has 3 ensuite bedrooms which are equipped with comfortable beds to ensure a restful sleep. Each bed has fresh sheets, duvets - extra pillows/blankets are located in bedroom closets. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV.

3rd floor bedrooms with walk in closets (2):
*King size bed This room has dedicated work space with a desk / chair.
*Bunk room: 2 full size mattress bunk beds and 1 single trundle bed which are comfortable for kids and adults!

*BATHROOMS*
3 full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, hair dryer, toiletries and essentials. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion is provided.
A half bathroom is located on the second floor adjacent to the living area/kitchen.

*LIVING AREA*
Located on the second floor, our open concept living area is adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. Make your self comfortable on our leather sectional couch and log into your favorite streaming network on our 65 inch smart TV.
We have a DVD player with DVDs, magazines and board games for family entertainment.
Our living area opens to a quaint balcony with a bistro table and chairs, perfect to take in the beautiful Mountain View.

*DINING*
Our dining table seats 4 and the kitchen bar seats an additional 4. Both areas are close in proximity.

*CHEF’S KITCHEN*
Fully equipped with high end appliances, cookware, glassware, wine glasses, utensils and cookbooks. Our kitchen is perfect for preparing a great meal for your group! Guests are welcome to use all in our kitchen including: Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, hot water kettle, toaster and BBQ tools. Our place has a large pantry with oils, spices, coffee and tea.
We also have a variety of plastic cups and dishes for our smaller guests :)

*AMENITIES*
Guests will have access to community amenities including pickle ball courts, hot tubs, pool (seasonal) fire pits, children’s playground area and BBQ gas grills. Pickle ball racquets are located in our garage and pool towels are available for your use during your stay!

*LOCATION*
Our place is located in peaceful Mountain Green UT and is close to a variety of year round activities!

Skiing & Snowboarding: we are located in close proximity to world class ski resorts including Snowbasin Resort (12mins), Nordic Valley (28mins). Powder Mountain (37mins) and Wasatch Peaks Ranch Ski Resort (18mins)

Water fun: Enjoy boating, fishing and swimming at beautiful Pineview Reservoir (20mins)

Hiking & Biking: explore the mountains on foot or by wheels.

Brand new Lee’s Supermarket is a short walk from our place which makes eating in (or out) easy! They have a great selection of pre-cooked meals and baked goods.

Golfing: we have many courses which are nearby (under 20mins): Round Valley Gold Course, Schneiter’s Riverside Golf, Ogden Country Club, Mt. Ogden and Wasatch Peaks Ranch

SLC International airport is a short drive - 35 mins. Many restaurants, coffee and retail shops are located in Ogden and Layton which are 20 mins away. Downtown SLC has great shopping and dining as well!

Lagoon Amusement Park (rides and games) is a short 20min drive.

During ski season, we have a comfortable area in the garage to remove/store boots and skis. Boot and glove warmers are also in the garage for guests use!

Parking is limited to these garage spaces, street parking as well as common community parking spaces. Parking is not permitted along the red-painted curbs throughout the community. We ask that guests do not park in the driveway during the winter months to allow for seamless snow removal.

*NO PETS ALLOWED*
We love fur babies! Sadly, we cannot accommodate them at this time.

*NO SMOKING / VAPING*
Please refrain from smoking / vaping inside our home, on our balcony or in our garage. Guests will be charged additional cleaning fees if smoking is detected.

*NO PARTIES / UNDISCLOSED GUESTS*
We ask that parties / events are not held at our place. All guests in our home must be disclosed on the booking reservation.

*CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED*
Children are always welcome in our home! They must be supervised as our place has many stairs. Please no jumping on furniture as this can cause damage.

Guests are responsible for any property damages while staying at our place.

*TRAVEL CRIB provided upon request ($25 fee per stay)

*LAUNDRY - if you would like access to our washer / dryer+ tide pods / dryer sheets - please arrange this with your host! ($50 fee per stay)
