Welcome to Braddock Hill Retreat, your dream mountain getaway located in the Highlands neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range. With two living areas, a wraparound deck, a private hot tub, and access to the neighborhood's private ski shuttle, this home is perfect for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the best of Breckenridge year-round.

Nestled in the Highlands neighborhood just north of Breckenridge and minutes from the Breckenridge Golf Course, this home offers convenient access to everything the area has to offer. The golf course is just 1.3 miles away, the Breckenridge Gondola and ski slopes are 4.1 miles from the property, and Main Street is 3.8 miles to the heart of downtown. For added convenience, the My Free Ride Shuttle stop is only 0.7 miles away on Highway 9.

Living Room: The living room features a soaring stone fireplace, large windows with mountain views, and plenty of natural light. Two comfortable sofas & lounge chair provide space for everyone to relax, while a flat-screen TV offers entertainment after a day in town. It's the perfect spot to gather, unwind, and enjoy the mountain setting.

Kitchen: The kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom wood cabinetry that brings a warm mountain feel. Large windows fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning views, while the open layout makes it easy to cook, gather, and entertain.

Dining Room: Located between the kitchen and living area, the dining table comfortably seats 5 and opens directly to the wraparound deck with stunning woodland and mountain views.

Bedding Configuration: 3 Bed, 3.5 Bath – Sleeps 10
‱ Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, dresser, lounge chair, ceiling fan, ensuite bath with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
‱ Second Bedroom (Upper Level): Queen bed, lounge chair, ceiling fan, dresser, ensuite bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.
‱ Third Bedroom (Entrance Level): Queen bed, closet, shared bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.
‱ Additional Sleeping Area: Twin day bed and twin-over-full bunk bed in the guest area.

Family Room: The lower-level family room offers an additional gathering space with a flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and wet bar. Step directly outside to access the private hot tub patio, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Outdoor Space: The expansive wraparound deck is outfitted with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range and surrounding woodlands.

Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the main level near the kitchen.

Garage & Parking: Private heated garage with space for 2 vehicles inside and 2 vehicles in the driveway (4 total).

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Our family had an amazing time at this cabin. Nestled between Breckenridge and Frisco, it provided days of hiking trails and many options for shopping and dining. The cabin was clean and very well laid out. Thanks for a wonderful place to call home for 5 days!

Best place to stay in the mountains

We are bunch of friends traveled from Raleigh to Colorado and had fun staying at the place and the ambiance is the special attraction.

Celebration Birthday vacation

First we love Breckenridge have been many times in the summer. By far this home has had the best views and experiencing wildlife foxes, deer and best of all a beautiful moose very close to our rental. The rental accommodated our family needs. Our suggestions for improvement a grill would be great. The deck definitely needed some work such a beautiful venue just needs some tlc.

Beautiful home

Renting Highfield Lane was a beautiful experience. The best views! We stayed for a week and loved it. Extremely spacious. Bottom level is garage, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and another room with a double bunk and twin, full bathroom and a living room. Top level is master with full bath (king bed and fireplace). Another guest room with its own full bath, guest bath, living room, kitchen and balcony. I would recommend bringing your own seasonings and basic cooking stuff if you plan on using the kitchen. Would rent again for sure.

Wonderful week in the perfect location!

We have stayed in Breckenridge many, many times, and this is the first time we'd stayed so close to Main St. Breck in the summer. It worked out great for us. We were able to get to Main St. and the ski mountain activities within 10 minutes, and we could run up to 70 to go towards Vail or up and down to Leadville easily! We hiked a lot, so this house was the perfect retreat at the end of long days on the trail. The property itself was great for us. Plenty of space for our family to be together and apart. The big kitchen living room was great for being together while we prepared meals, ate, and played games. The media room downstairs was great for watching a movie! Also, the neighborhood makes for great walking in the mornings/evenings. Communication with the property management was easy before, during, and after our stay. We had one issue we asked the property manager to help us with, and it was promptly taken care of while we were out of the house. Only two comments for awareness: 1. It's nearly impossible to get away from the highway in the Breckenridge valley. While you can't see the highway from the house, the road noise is present but not obnoxious. 2. We had a rough time trying to figure out the media/TVs. There's no satellite or OTA TV service, but we really struggled to watch certain displays without trial and error, reading, and troubleshooting. (Not a big deal and ended up being grateful we didn't have TVs/videos on all week.) We'd definitely go back!!!

Great property

Everything we wanted. A bit outside all of the traffic and commotion in town which is nice yet also very simple to get to the lifts. All we needed was more snow but other than that a great holiday.

Wonderful and cozy home!

Came up from Denver for a last minute getaway with my kids and some of their friends. Wonderful lower level entertainment area for them and cozy living area upstairs for my husband and I to relax. Beautiful home and the management company was fantastic. Would love to come back sometime soon!

There use to be guest soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. This time there was none. In the past there was laundry soap and softener,there was only one box for single was.The kitchen had others things like, Saran Wrap and Reynolds’s wrap. I understand we are suppose to bring are things. But little could be stocked for your guest. It truly gives a warm feeling. Plus there were ants in one of the bathroom tubs and yellow jackets in house. The owner once again needs to take care of their guests to o make them feel at home . It doesn’t take much to be nice and share some joy with others, it goes a long way. It’s a nice house. I still will return .

Great Family Home

We came to Breckinridge for my husband's 60th birthday. The space in the home is perfect if you want to be able.to spread out and relax. The View is lovely as well. We will definitely stay again if we come back.

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our group. 3 couples traveling together. Plenty of person space and awesome common spaces. The hot tub was a hit and the view was amazing. We had a couple of small issues, but they were handled very quickly by management. Amazing vacation.

AMAZING VIEWS FROM ALL WINDOWS

You can't go wrong staying at this house. The views were breathtaking. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything you could need. We felt right at home. The listing indicates it only has 3 rooms, but when we got there we realized it has 4. They build a 4th room in the bottom level. We can't wait to go back.
