- Newly remodeled in July 2024, featuring brand new furniture and appliances.
- Pets are welcome!
- 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds and an airbed in the living room. Each bedrooms is equipped with a working desk and black-out curtains.
- Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven and more. Alkaline water filter system installed.
- High-speed broadband fiber wifi.
- New HVAC system for year-round comfort.
- Smart 55" TV with Roku and Samsung sound system.
- Dedicated home office set up with 24 inch monitor/keyboard/mouse available upon request
- Fully furnished patio with an outdoor dining table, seamlessly extending from the kitchen. Enjoy hours of fun with our foosball multi-games table!
- Spacious, fully fenced backyard with new furniture, abundant lighting, and a fire pit.
- Free Onsite Washer/Dryer with laundry detergent
- 1 off-street parking spot and ample street parking in front of the property
