We enjoyed our stay! The host was awesome and very responsive. There was no personal balcony to the room but a great shared deck area and view of the beach from the hallway outside of the room. Great location!

Absolutely great location. This building is right next to the community Bid-A-Wee beach. Very nice! Everything you need. Host is VERY responsive and communication is great! We will be trying very hard to stay with them again. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Great location for food and entertainment, we walked to a few restaurants during our stay.

Perfect location! It was the best stay we have ever had at the beach. You can see the beach from the window. The room is just what you need. It took away the stress of a busy, tall condo building. Never had to plan our day around elevators or trying to beat a crowd. The host is very responsive and helpful. I’ll never stay anywhere else after we have found this gem.

Although our room was not beach front (we thought it was), there was a lovely covered balcony area that was beach front and we were able to sit there and enjoy the ocean views.

If you're looking for a quite and affordable place to stay, 304 is the perfect spot for you! The host was absolutely phenomenal and quick with a response. My husband and I will definitely return to this property.

All 5 stars on everything! Our room was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Everything was exactly as promised. We love our beach access and accommodation. Muny was excellent with communication! I never waited for a response and she checked on us after we checked in. We will definitely be back to Fontaine Bleu and will be sure to book with Muny! Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Beachside Stay

The room is clean, quiet and straight forward with everything you need for your stay. The property is perfectly located to enjoy PCB and Pier Park. We had an awesome weekend and will definitely be back!

The room was not really what was expected by photos. The property is older with lots of maintenance & construction going on. It does not have a patio that looks at the beach. It was a little less than expected from the pictures. Needs to have some sort of shower caddy to put your thing as there is nothing to put soap, shampoo & what not. There was no ice bin to put ice out of ice treys so we would have ice. The beds faced the wall where sun hits tv and if they were turned around on opposite walls you would have a view of the ocean when sitting in bed to watch tv. No place to put luggage so used the bench from the small table. Was great for just a couple days but these few things were inconvenient and very cheap and reasonable fixes. The kitchen light fixture was beautiful. All in all it was a great trip and close to Donut Hole Inlet Beach and the Silver Sands Outlet in Destin

Room was typical of a hotel stlye room. Wish there was a place to put clothes and a place for soap/wash cloth etc in the shower. Full sized refrigerator was nice to hold all of our families food stuffs. View was spectacular. No heated pool or hot tub but id imagine during the warmer season that doesnt matter.

You don’t get all the rules until you get there. We loved the beach access but that was it. The pool closes at 7 this was a big one for us. Our room was clean. Also rules on AC can’t put it lower than 70 . We was actually scared to be on premises after 7 since they said if you break the rules you will be charged extra. So we stayed away for the most part. It’s not somewhere I would want to bring my kids. By time you when and ate dinner you couldn’t come back and enjoy the pool.

Fountains Bleau Terrace is always a favorite for us!

Overall, great stay. There was construction in the room next door from about 7am-4pm everyday and the noise was beyond loud and intrusive. I nap on my vacations. It was impossible to do this trip. The beds are VERY firm so if you don’t like that, you will not sleep well. The shower floor has several spots that feel like you might break through the floor. Very slick shower floor. Almost fell multiple times. Doesn’t drain well. And another silly thing, but the beds are very tall. The TV is on a TV stand and you can’t see the tv if you are laying in bed. But the room was clean and had everything we needed. They have beach chairs and an umbrella too. Lots of towels which was great!
