Nestled in a private community with direct access to the Beachwood Villas access point. Thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort and convenience, it's perfect for a romantic couples' getaway or a fun-filled family retreat for up to six.

This charming 2-bedroom beach bungalow offers the perfect coastal escape. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is ideal for families, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and cozy bunk beds.

Step from your master bedroom onto the patio, where you'll be greeted by the sea breeze and poolside views. Enjoy your morning coffee at a shaded breakfast table by the pool/spa surrounded by mature palm trees.

Step into a warm and inviting first-floor retreat where an open-concept living room and kitchen welcome you. The modern kitchen, complete with island seating, is perfect for casual breakfasts or sipping coffee while chatting. A spacious dining area is ideal for family meals and gatherings. Fully stocked with all the essentials—fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (including a Keurig!), and dishwasher—the kitchen makes cooking and cleanup a breeze, so you can spend more time relaxing and enjoying your stay.

Beautifully furnished master bedroom comprises a king bed with a 55" TV, down duvet, and soft linens. The bathroom, newly renovated, boasts a walk-in shower with fluffy white towels and soaps.

Conveniently located across the hall is your second bedroom comprising a queen bed with a set of bunks, all with duvet covers and soft linens, and a 43" TV. The bathroom, also newly renovated, features both a tub and shower with fluffy white towels and soaps.

The bungalow is located within a couple blocks of some of the best food in the area served by Cafe Thirty-A, Reel 'Em In Seafood, and Brozinni's Pizzeria. Not to mention only 1.5 miles from Seaside.

Lovely vacation rental!

Overall we were extremely pleased with this property and would definitely rent it again! Location is perfect and close to everything. Also having access to a pool (just steps away from your door) was an added bonus - especially with kids!

Great house for young families !

We had a fantastic stay at the bungalow. Clean, very walkable to the beach with a pool right outside the door. We really appreciated the extra amenities provided, the house was well stocked with essentials. We will be back!

First time to visit 30A to celebrate my daughters birthday. We had a great stay at 30A Driftwood! The place was very clean upon arrival and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—just a short walk or drive to the beach. It was a perfect spot for our trip with teenagers—comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. The host was easy to contact, communicated clearly, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated the attentiveness. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
