Pissouri Bay Retreat is a luxury, fully air-conditioned, four bedroom villa in the very heart of Pissouri Bay, only a 200m ‘flat’ walk to the award winning blue flag beach. and a great selection of fantastic taverns, shops and bars that can cater for all your needs.
We offer you wonderful facilities including one of the largest private swimming pools in the area, pool furniture & barbecue area ensuring you and your guests have a wonderful time. Inside the villa has been furnished to an amazingly high standard with features like Memory Foam Mattresses in all rooms, Plasma TV and Designer Settee's and furniture. We now also offer our guests free WIFI.

How to get there: Easyjet fly from Manchester or Gatwick most days throughout the year. All major airlines fly into the Cyprus airports of Larnaca and Paphos from every part of the UK and Europe. The closest airport is Paphos and is a simple 20 minute journey via the motorway or 25 minutes if you take the more scenic coastal road passing Aphrodites Rock. Larnaca Airport is approx 50 minutes and is motorway for 98% of the journey so is easy and straightforward.

All major car hire firms are located at both airports, and can be pre booked from the UK. If you require any help arranging flights or car hire get in touch and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Taxi from Paphos is approx 30 Euro's.

Amazing Holiday

Stayed June 2011 and had a great time. Villa is superbly equipped (Far better than my house and I thought that was good_!!!!!! What stood out for me was the quality of everything. Have stayed in numerous villas and some of the linen, utensils etc etc have been dire but every sheet on the bed was spotless and new and the villa was wonderfully clean. The area is sooo relaxing and we want to go back. Paul & Kate could not have been more helpful and answered numerous questions prior to our visit and helped sort out car hire at a far better price than we could find on the internet so THANKS !!!!

VERY high spec luxurious villa

We took our 3 grown up kids & one of their parteners for my 60th birthday and we couldn't have hoped for more. The villa was exceptionally clean, & well maintained, kitchen superbly equipped with dishwasher, washing mashine, fridge freezer & halogen cooker. The weather was so hot (October) we spent most of our time by the pool & had several barbecues. We also ate at a few of the local restaurants well within walking distance & thoroughly enjoyed the Cyrpus Night with singing & dancing till midnight. View from front is across farm/waste land and we could hear the sea from the villa it is so close.

Most stunning villa in Pissouri!

Just got back from one of the best holidays that I’ve ever had, this villa being one of the main reasons for that! I have stayed in Pissouri Bay several times before and wanted to take a group of friends to see how amazing it was and to celebrate turning 40. Absolutely was not let down from booking onwards. Paul is an amazing owner, super responsive, went way over and above to make our stay fantastic. The villa itself is stunning, kitted out brilliantly, loads of space, luxurious furniture throughout, and an absolutely fabulous pool and outside area that can make it hard to decide if to go out for dinner or just to entertain at home. The pool is huge, brilliant for kids or adults, we spent a lot of time there! You can definitely feel the love that has gone into making the villa a home which just makes it feel wonderful whilst you are there. We even had a lovely little package of bread, butter, milk and eggs on arrival which was brilliant given the time of night our flight finally got in. If you are new to Pissouri Bay, you couldn’t get a better location, everything you could need is right at your fingertips.It’s going to be extremely hard to top the experience we have had over the last week, so if you are fortunate enough to notice there is availability for the dates you want, you should snap it up straight away. I will certainly be returning as soon as I possibly can - so don’t steal my dates

All we expected and more.

We found Pissouri Bay Retreat to be a real treat! It provided far more than you could hope and a pleasant surprise. The Fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need. The bedrooms were the height of luxury with more than ample wardrobe space. The bathrooms were straight out of the showroom and spotlessly clean. The lounge was impressive although we spent very little time in there as we couldn’t keep away from the fantastic pool which was enhanced by the quality poolside furniture, not the usual plastic things you get at most hotels. The kids spent hours in the pool and even persuaded granddad to take a dip which is unheard of. The location is unrivalled, so close to the beach, fabulous restaurants (to numerous to mention) and local supermarkets that provide for your needs. An evening in the village is a must as you will find yet more restaurants and everybody is so friendly. Out and about we found that Paphos had a very nice harbour, ample shops boat trips etc but were glad that we could return to the peace of Pissouri. The Troodos Mountains provided another excellent day out, the scenery was brilliant. If you do venture into the mountains take a jumper. The day we went it was 25 degrees on the beach and 8 degrees at the top of the mountains. The only problem we encountered was with the operation of the air conditioning, however, following a call to the local property manager and a quick demo of the controls, this was resolved the same afternoon. We would very much like to book this villa again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

Very spacious accommodation

Very clean, modern, spacious villa located right on the main road in Pissouri Bay. All cafe bars and restaurants within 3-minute walk. All our party enjoyed there time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you to all concerned.

Just come home from a great week in pissouri bay retreat. Fabulously clean , great location and immaculately presented . Kitchen very well equipped , a real home from home . We chose this villa after spotting it last year on holiday . It's only a stroll to the beach , shops, restaurants and bars. We found the best one across the road ' pissouri bay cafe ' serving great food and a good welcome . Paul and Katie helped from start to finish, always replying to emails quickly and professionally . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and already planning to return .

beautiful villa, perfect family holiday

This is one of the few occasions I can honestly say the reality lived up to the ads! The villa is very clean and extremely well equipped. Modern yet comfortable - everything you see in the online profiles is spot on. We were a group of family and friends with 2 young children and we all had a wonderful time. The pool area was perfect for the kids - nice, comfy loungers and feels very private. All in all, I don't see how anyone could be disappointed with staying here - not that we really want anyone else to book as then it might be too busy for us to go again!

Perfect getaway

We were looking for a relaxing holiday and that is what we received at the Pissouri Bay Retreat. Ideal location, close by restaurants and other facilities. Villa just as in pictures, very comfortable with all amenities. Pool was regularly maintained whilst we were there, and Edward who looks after Villa ensured any problems were dealt with efficiently. Try Ambrosia restaurant, just along from Villa, and you will receive a warm welcome as well as good food. We are looking to book again next year.

Our Holiday

Pissouri Bay Retreat was excellent in everyway. Beautifuuly clean and off a high standard. I booked it due to previous reviews on the site and the feedback from other guests and noticed most mention the pool which is fantastic and we could not entice our children from it. Pissouri Bay and village retains its Cypriot charm whilst catering for the tourist. Paul & Katie offered all the help we needed prior to departure including car hire and flights and gave us their opinions on things to do and places to eat. They could not have been more helpful and honest. Will definately go back.

Pissouri Bay Retreat is an ideal place for a relaxing,chilled holiday. Being in a villa is like staying in your own boutique hotel. Lovely decor,very comfortable beds and all the mod cons you would ever need. Another great plus is having your own pool (which is a great size) and very comfortable sun beds that you will lie on all day. One thing i would recommend is you hire a car, which enables you to visit the near by Pissouri Village and is also usefull for a super market shop. I would highly recomend the villa and would happily stay again.

Perfect for families with young children

We had the most fantastic vacation in this beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious, with large bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen, and so is the swimmingpool, where we spent many hours. The villa lies in a quiet street with some local stores and restaurants. The people are very friendly and helpful. When my friend lost his Visa card in the store, they found it, and gave it back next time he came to the store. The beach is just a stonethrow away, and the water is nice and clean. I will most defantly recommend this villa to my friends and family.

7th Sept 2009 holiday

What a lovely holiday, the Villa was superb, home from home and so much more, from the beautiful pool to the excellent bedrooms with lots of hanging and draw space all with fitted wardrobes, to the luxury kitchen and lounge area. The location is great with ample supermarkets to lovely restaurants just a short walking distance away. The beach is just across the road, with lots of sunbeds available at very reasonable prices. Around the pool is a BBQ ideal for home entertainment, with lovely comfortable luxury sunbeds. Visits to Pissouri old Village is a must, with many Bars and restaurants with breathtaking views. We will definately be returning to Pissouri Bay Retreat Villa.

Stayed at the end of September 2009

The villa and location are perfectly described, we had a lovely time, just two of us, it was bliss! The villa has everything you need, and I liked that the cupboards held some of the basics (washing liquid, pasta, herbs) which made it feel much more homely and welcoming. We spent most of our time by the pool and the outdoor furniture was great, modern & comfortable. This villa is perfect for couples, it's on the main road but the village is peaceful and quiet. The local shop 100 metres away and all the places we tried for meals were great (only disappointment was the restaurant near the sea - Captain something or another for quality and price) Definitely try Perry's for good local cuisine - we loved it! The villa, being brand new, was in perfect condition, clean and well maintained. Pool cleaned twice a week. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Only one tiny criticism, the villa has no side gates or fences which might be a problem for families with small children, as the villa is on the main road, we also had a local dog wandering in and pestering us one night! Have already recommended it to friends and family, would definitely book again!

Good time had by all!!!!

We had a fantastic time at Pissouri Bay Retreat, we are 2 families with children aged between 3 and 11. The villa is immaculate, modern, with fantastic air conditioning (very much needed in july) the pool and outside area was large and spacious with brilliant sunbeds. We ate in most nights as the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need we also used the bbq most evenings. The nights we did eat out the Indian Restaurant and a gorgeous restaurant called Limanaki were fantastic both within a short walking distance. The owner supplied us with information on the villa and surrounding area via email a couple of weeks before we left and were always quick to answer any questions. We would recommend Pissouri Bay Retreat. !!!

First stay in a villa for us and our party of 7. Everyone loved the villa and all said wow when entering it on the first night. Everything was new, spotlessly clean and seemed everything had been thought of. The villa has to be the best postioned in the bay as far as we saw. No hills, short stroll to the beach, shops close by and the Vine Leaf taverna across the road means everyone can have a drink. We spent a lot of nights in using the large BBQ and the men loved this (why do they think they can cook) !! Anyway book this villa we certainly will be going back next year and would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Exceptionally well appointed and great location!

We are a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 6 year old and spent just over a week at the Pissouri Bay Retreat over the Easter break. It was clean, new, well designed and just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in Pissouri Bay. If it rains, there is a movie rental shop also within walking distance and the villa has a good stereo system and a PS2. It was nice and quiet if you want to lounge by the pool or go to the beach and a short drive to Paphos or Limassol if you want a little more hustle and bustle. For a relaxing vacation, it is just the spot! The owners Paul & Katie were very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had by email before we got there. Our family loved it! Anthony
