This lake retreat features a private beach and is minutes from Wamplers, Sand and Clark Lakes. Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor house sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. First floor is very spacious with a ton of room for games, as well as 30 foot private beach just for the residence which has steps on the dock for lake entry. Lake does have algae which is normal for fresh lakes. You will come across fish and baby turtles that swim close to shore! The master bedroom and bunk bedroom has a shared ceiling. Currently no boat access to lake Evans is available for guests.
