Hi Lauren, thank you for your feedback on this stay. We're sorry we weren't able to check you in on-time, as we were still recovering from the impact of Hurricane Isaias. The weight restriction for dogs is included on the listing, but we're sorry it caught your party by surprise. A member of our maintenance team took photos of all televisions in your rental on 10/13 between 11:11AM and 11:38AM to document they were working properly. During the same visit he documented the problem with the washer, and it was escalated to an appliance vendor, who reset the machine and got it working on 10/17. I understand this is quite a while to wait for service, and I'm sorry we couldn't get them out sooner. Unfortunately, many vendors in our area were difficult to reach due to an increased demand after the hurricane. We truly wish you had been able to fully enjoy your stay, and we hope in the future you will give Liquid Life another chance to impress you!
