A 25-minute drive from Burgas, the family friendly St Nicholas Holiday Villlage complex is situated on Tsar's Beach in an EU-designated eco-zone between the Black Sea town of Chernomoretz and Sozopol.

The apartment is NON SMOKING and self catering.

The duplex (maisonette) measures 155 m², including the terraces. The two bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor and open onto a large sea-facing terrace. One bedroom offers a queen bed, the other a full bed. The kitchen, dining room and living room and two additional terraces are located downstairs. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep two guests. Each room has air conditioning.

Baby cots, baby bath, bouncy seats and high chairs can be provided.

The Resort amenities and paying for things: The first phase of the resort (in which the condo is located) was completed in June 2006 and offers all Western-style amenities. The second two phases were completed in June 2008. Built on a hillside and extending all the way down to King's Beach, the St. Nicholas complex offers excellent sea and beach views.

Guests have access to all amenities throughout the resort. The first phase has a full-service poolside restaurant serving a variety of local and Western dishes. Waitress service is available poolside for hot and cold drinks.

Guests will have designated parking spot in a covered garage. The complex has 24-hour security and surveillance cameras throughout the premises. Guests are required to register their passport details at reception upon their arrival, as a security measure required by Bulgarian law.

Credit cards are accepted at the compex's restaurant. ATMs are available in town and in Sozopol.

Groceries and car rental: There is a mini-market with a good selection of food, fruit and vegetables in the complex. Nearby Chernomorets town centre has three small grocery stores, several bakeries and numerous vegetable and fruit vendors at the town square. For big grocery trips and a Western-style supermarket, you'll need to drive to Burgas to the Billa supermarket, which is located on the main road from Chernomorets to Burgas. Burgas also offers a plethora of shopping opportunities in its pedestrianised city centre, with many local and international boutiques, as well as a range of dining options.

Renting a car is highly recommended as the resort complex is right on the beach but outside of Chernormorets town centre, which is 2 kilometers away, and near Sozopol, 8 kilometers away.The owners can recommend a local Bulgarian car-rental site and car rentals can also be arranged at reception at the complex. Big international vendors such as Hertz and Avis also operate from Burgas Airport.
