Chambre et salle de bain dans l'aile privée, avec entrée propre, mini-réfrigérateur, zone de préparation de thé-café et petit porche. En outre, les clients ont l'utilisation de petite véranda privée et un bain à remous extérieur. Bien qu'il y ait un grille-pain, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, beaucoup de place pour vos aliments, il n'y a pas d'équipements de cuisine. Ceci est une chambre privée dans une maison qui a un accès facile à la randonnée et Boulder. Nous sommes situés dans le comté de Boulder dans la communauté de montagne de 300 personnes (20 min à Boulder). La propriété est adjacente à un parc de 5 acres avec court de tennis, sentiers pédestres, ruisseau. 30 min en voiture de Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, 50 min en voiture de RMNP à Estes Park. 8 min à pied du café local pour les dîners et la musique (ainsi que délicieux brunch le week-end!).

Delightful mountain suite

Staying with Wendy & Tim is a delight - the suite adjoining their house is quaint and comfy and exactly the right amount of space for folks looking for a home base for mountain adventures. The space is private, but your hosts are so wonderful you’re gonna want to meet them and chat a bit. They were very gracious and welcoming and provided a host of little amenities that saved us time grabbing coffee/cream etc. looking forward to visiting again!

Rocky Mountain Stay

Wendy and her husband were wonderful hosts. The location was beautiful. A variety of hiking options just steps away from the door. They had a nice binder with information about food, the area, and hiking. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the evening. Everyone in the area was very friendly. My only suggestion is that they include something about not having locks between their place and the apartment we stayed in or a lock on the bedroom door. That could make a difference for some. We are from a small town so it didn’t bother us at all. If and when we come back to the area we definitely will see if they have an open spot for us to stay again. It was a great get away to reconnect with each other and nature. Thank you again for such an amazing stay.

Great little mountain get-away

Great place in a beautiful little mountain town. Not as much privacy as we would have preferred, but everything else was perfect. And for the price, it was unbeatable.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property in Jamestown, Colorado. The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Wendy and Tim, the hosts, were very friendly and welcoming. They even left us some delightful treats, which were a fantastic snack after our hiking adventures. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting!

Quiet place to unwind

We came to CO to hike in the mountains all day and so really just needed a place to sleep. The room was wonderful, the bathroom clean and perfect for our needs, and the little kitchenette was an added bonus. Wendy checked on us every day to ensure we didn’t need anything, and stocked our kitchenette with fresh fruit and little homemade treats every day as well! I would have appreciate a lock on the door to the main house to lock while sleeping at night, and the mattress was a little hard but we were so exhausted we didn’t notice much. Other than those very small details it was wonderful! The hot tub was amazing after hiking all day as well!

Wonderful, peaceful, secret hideaway!

What a hidden gem! This guest suite is quite the find for the person looking for serenity, peace, and reconnecting to mother nature. I am so hesitant to say how wonderful my stay was because I want to keep it all to myself! The owners are the kindest folks and very accommodating. Wendy's fresh breads in the mornings were such a treat to enjoy. The town of Jamestown is rich with history and wonderfully friendly folks. I loved my foot soaks in the river, exploring the Blue Jay mine, the old cemetery, and nearby mtn bike trails. I will absolutely stay here again if possible. Great energy & good vibes all around!! Save me a spot for next time, Wendy! :)

Nice people with beautiful souls. Warm, comfy house in a quaint town with views for days. You can hike out of the driveway, catch live music on Fridays, or just soak in the hot tub. Highly recommend and hope to return, one day!

Wonderful Stay!

Tim and Wendy are among the most thoughtful and caring hosts we have ever known. Not only is this charming little suite (with a bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer, and kitchette) spotlessly clean, they equip it daily with homebaked cookies, banana bread, and snacks as well as yogurt, juice, and sparkling water. Their home is a peaceful haven, filled with the spirit of authentic kindness. We will gladly stay here again.

Great "Bed & Breakfast" with a mountain view!

At the time we booked the listing of this property the description was advertised slightly inaccurate where we thought we had booked the whole house. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our hosts and quickly learned we had actually rented the guest suite attached. After a little adjustment we realized this guest suite was actually accommodated perfectly to meet our needs. They offer a full bath and queen bed and the host was very generous in providing coffee, tea, snacks and even home made breakfast bread. When we first arrived and checked the listing we saw the ad had been changed to Guest suite, well the experience is more of a bed and breakfast and quite enjoyable. Our towels were changed, snacks provided and dishes cleaned all while we were out. Despite our confusion this stay was fantastic. Secluded, and private even in a shared home. We enjoyed the hot tub and received great recommendations of places and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Hiking Trip

Wendy was very sweet. When we would leave for the day to go hike, she would come in the guest suite and leave little treats for us to snack on and always took out the trash and washed the small amount of dishes we used each morning. There was some miscommunication on the date we were supposed to check in, but humans make mistakes.. This is a beautiful area ! Great for sipping on coffee in the morning admiring the mountains and star gazing at night with a glass of wine. The only things that I would suggest is more sound proofing, as we were able to hear them every morning making breakfast. Also a new filter for the hot tub and give it a good cleaning.

No privacy but clean and quiet

This property is a beautiful house but it is not a guest house, it is actually a room in the house. There was no TV so I could literally hear the home owners talking in the next room. It should be listed as a room for rent, not a guest house. I wasn’t allowed any money back and I did not stay there as it was uncomfortable. The owner was kind however, just advertising the listing wrong.

A cozy home in the mountains !!

-- Place is well located near Boulder,CO and easily accessible by car. It wasn't difficult to find even in the middle of the night and the hosts Wendy and Tim gave good directions. -- The hospitality was great and the place was super clean and inviting. it has good views of the surrounding hills. -- We would definitely go back again.

Perfect stay for a small town mountain experience

Our stay could not have been better. The town of Jamestown is quaint. We enjoyed “The Merc” and the experience of a beer and local music. The sound of a mountain stream in the bedroom was soothing. The hot tub with a view of the mountains- amazing, and Wendy thoughtfully providing breakfast for us. We will definitely stay again. A surprise? I had no idea hummingbirds were so active. 😀

Peaceful Getaway

This VRBO was very clean, accommodating, and comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor hot tub for relaxing in the evenings and the Merc for a fun dinner on the weekends only a few blocks away. We were surprised that so many houses were very close by and we did not have a view of the mountains as pictured. Also, there is no lock on the door connecting the guest area to the main house, as well as, no keys were used for the entrance. Each day we had to travel the windy road through the mountains to get to Boulder for food and activities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay even though it wasn't quite what we expected.

Perfect place in the mountains

Enjoyed this place so much! Spent the first day getting altitude acclimated and explored the trails and creeks recommended in the hosts book. Enjoyed brunch at the Merc and loved having the hot tub to use. It was an easy one hour drive to RMNP for a day of hiking. Best to go early to avoid the shuttle crowds. Having this place to return to was like coming home.... clean, comfortable and homemade treats greeted us. Enjoyed our visit with Wendy and Tim. Highly recommend this great place.

Perfect Honeymoon

We stayed with Wendy and Tim for the first few days of our honeymoon. It was wonderful! They have great suggestions of things to do and places to go. The check in process was simple and straightforward. We felt so welcomed by them while still having our privacy. They provided us with more than we imagined.... breakfast, coffee, juice, snacks! Their property is beautiful and the drive up to Jamestown is just as gorgeous. Overall they made our first trip to Colorado together a great experience! We hope to come back next summer. Terrific visit!

Wonderful hosts, relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub was a huge plus. Wendy provided us with fresh pastries, fruit, and juices daily. We truly wanted for nothing. Please note that the unit does share a door to the main dwelling, for those expecting a detached experience. Though, the hosts are by no means intrusive, and very satisfaction centric. Gratitude for the time spent. Could not recommend more!
