Daniel our host was wonderful. Unfortunately there was no grill as was to be part of the rental agreement, but Daniel did arrange a no charge late check out as compensation. Beautiful condo. Beautiful country!

Beautiful townhouse!

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious, comfortable, lovely townhome! It’s just a few minute drive to Coco beach where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. My kids especially loved swimming in the beautiful pool, and we loved the sunset views from our bedroom window. In addition, the owners communicated with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and and always responded quickly. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location

The condo is in a great location with beautiful pools, close to beaches and a safe gated facility. We did have some problems with the air conditioning and hot water, but the management team was always quick to respond and fix the problems. However we never had hot water in 1 of the bathrooms.

Beautiful, clean and spacious townhouse in a great location! It was a lot bigger than we anticipated, so there was plenty of room for 6 of us ladies. We did not get a chance to explore the neighborhood but the staff on site are all very friendly and we felt very safe in the community. It's a little walk to Coco (about 15 minutes through town). We walked both at night and during the day, but that also gave us a chance to stop in a few of the restaurants and bars along the way! The townhouse itself is comfortable and just as pictured. Two of the bedrooms do get pretty cool/cold at night and it's not really possible to control room temps individually. Bring your own toiletries, hairdryer if needed. And there is an icemaker but it didn't work well for us at all and you'll want to pick up fresh coffee to make.Communication was as expected and easy to check in and out. Would stay here again!

Nice gated community- No AC

The Pacifico community is huge and convenient to nearby restaurants and grocery. We were a little confused when we got there as to where our unit was so the directions could have been a little clearer, however the property manager did respond quickly to let us know where to go. The townhome was very large and could accommodate a large family. The main problem we had was that the AC did not work properly. It was not even turned on when we arrived so the inside temperature was 85 degrees. Even with it running 24/7 we could only get it down to 78. We let the property manager know the first thing the morning after we arrived. No technician arrived that day so we had to go through a second night of very how temperatures. I'm not sure if it got fixed since we flew out on the third day. So we were disappointed in the response time of the HVAC repair.

Our local manager assured us that they dispatched the maintenance team as soon as the issue was reported, but a technician had to be contacted to remedy the concern. It has been repaired, and we apologize for any discomfort you felt during your visit. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

The unit was beautiful with a great view out the bedroom balcony. Be warned that the one minute walk to Coco beach is not to the beach, and the unit is not on the beach. This was a bit of a rude awakening as I thought they were right off the beach. The beach club is on the beach, but its a 1/2 hour walk or shuttle ride to get there from the unit. This bothered us at first, but we rented a golf cart and all was good after that. The host was very responsive once we got there, but the vacasa management took a few days to respond sometimes prior to our arrival. The grounds are gorgeous and the beautiful pools were one of our favorite spots to go and relax. There were howler monkeys hanging out in the trees right by our unit and seeing an iguana warming in the sun was common. It was peaceful and quiet at night leading to great sleep after hot day. Would stay again if we make it back down there and I can see why expats buy a condo.
