This condo is designed to accommodate up to four guests comfortably, offering a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. An additional bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway.

The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, with a cozy seating arrangement that invites relaxation. The space seamlessly flows into the dining area, where a table with seating for four is perfect for meals or game nights. A large flat-screen TV with cable is provided for your entertainment.

Although this complex does not offer a shared pool, guests can step out onto the private balcony to enjoy their morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening within the private plunge pool. The balcony offers outdoor seating with views of the surrounding gardens and the vibrant city beyond. Additionally, guests receive complimentary access to the pool at the nearby Mexico Lindo Hotel, located just a 2-minute walk from the condo. Please note that the hotel pool is adults-only.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
• For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date
