I have poured my heart and soul into making this as accomodating and comfortable for guests! I am nearby and ready to help out with whatever you may need. Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is updated, beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities necessary. The location was perfect for our plans. Close to John Nall Zoo and the Frederik Meijer Botanical Gardens.

Family friendly second home

We loved staying here. Our two elementary age kids felt right at home. The bedrooms were perfect, and super comfy. We loved the backyard and the view through the livingroom window. The bathroom was so clean and well stocked with towels and TP. After a long day of sight seeing, coming home to this cozy air conditoned oasis just felt right. Woukd stay again 5/5.

Beautiful stay!

We loved getting to stay at Kate's house! It was beautifully decorated and there were so many small details that were in place. Great for kiddos too! We walked through the neighborhood and went to the nearby playground. It was lovely!

Perfect location for a stay in Grand Rapids

Had a great stay - the location was perfect to get anywhere you need to be in GR, the house was clean and cozy, and everything in the listing was as promised! I’d recommend to anyone needing to be in and around Grand Rapids for a weekend getaway or a more extended stay!

Loved it,

I personally love this property. It came with everything you needed ice laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker, air fryer anything that you would want it had it nice quiet neighborhood easy access and it felt safe and secure. I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10, and I recommend it to anyone looking to stay

Quiet neighborhood

We very much enjoyed staying at Katy’s house. The house was clean, cutely decorated and had all we needed for our stay in Grand Rapids. We were never more than 20 minutes away from anywhere- the Frederick Meijer Gardens, Downtown, and many of the breweries we visited. The house has a quiet back patio that we enjoyed and when we saw there was not a coffeemaker (there was a Keurig), Katy brought one to us promptly. If ever in the area again, would not hesitate to stay here!

Bridal Shower Roadtrip

The house was so cute and very comfortable. Owner had great communication. Lots of games and other things to entertain guests of all ages. Spent most of the time watching NCAA March madness. We had a great time.

Hip and safe Grand Rapids

The home was fairly priced. Great and simple communication with the owner. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house had enough room for 4 adults. I wish we would have been there in the warmer months to utilize the screened in porch. I would easily stay at this location again.

Wonderful GR home!

This is a beautiful home in Grand Rapids, great location for any activities. This property was one of the most well-provisioned places I have ever stayed with VRBO, they anticipated so many needs to make sure that we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely House in Quiet Neighborhood

This property is conveniently located for visiting downtown and the neighborhood is very quiet. Although it was still cold the park across the street has a nice walking trail. We loved how clean this house was, how nicely decorated and homey it was, how well stocked it was, and how easy check in and check out was. Kate was great at communicating through out the process. 100% recommend!

Home away from home!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely spotless. Such a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything that Grand Rapids has to offer! Kate was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Traveling with little ones is stressful enough and Kate truly made this a home away from home for our family. We couldn’t recommend this lovely home enough! Thank you!!!

Absolutely beautiful home away from home.

What a wonderful place to stay. Very affordable, and every necessity you could ever need while traveling with your friends or family. Beautifully designed house. We felt like it was our home away from home when we were on a week-long trip all the way cross-country. The host was exceptionally easy to get a hold of and we had zero issues with anything the entire time we were there. Our daughter even had her cousin who was also vacationing near us come to stay for a sleepover. Movie night, and plenty of space for the girls in one of the bedrooms. Amazing neighborhood, super family friendly. I highly suggest you stay here. We cannot wait until our next visit to the area so we can book this house again. Thank you so much to the host!

Nice House, Nice Neighborhood, Affordable Price

This was our first time renting through VRBO so we weren’t sure what to expect. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the value for the price. The house sleeps six but the living spaces really only accommodate four. There were four of us so we were comfortable but we would have been crowded with six. We would have preferred solid curtains or blinds that we could close. The curtains may have been sufficient but it was hard to know for sure. Also, I would have also liked curtains or blinds on the living room window and sliding glass door. The hostess was very nice and responsive to questions. She also reached out to let us know we could check in early if we wanted to beat the snow. We wanted to leave a meaningful review because we find them to be more helpful but that is not to say that we weren’t very happy with our stay. We were. Thank you!

Perfect!

This is definitely one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. The place was perfect for me, my daughter and son-in-law, and 2 young grandkids. EVERYTHING we needed was available in a drawer, cabinet, or closet! The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. Riverside Park is just down the street. Kate was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to come again!

Perfect location

The house on Boltwood was perfect for me and my husband while visiting family and friends in Grand Rapids. It is convenient to parks, freeways, restaurants and stores. The home was nicely furnished and very clean, with lots of thoughtful touches. We would definitely return for another visit!

You will find I am definitely the "hostess with the mostess". I'm all about you having fun in a safe and cozy environment in one of the best neighborhoods GR has to offer!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I bought this house the first year of my son's life (now 14) and raised him here because I was obsessed with this neighborhood! I wanted to be in the city but also find a safe place to land that doesn't get too rowdy. This house was completely abandoned and stuck out like a sore thumb in the Riverside Gardens neighborhood. Over the years, I have continued to give this house the love it deserves and I hope you can appreciate it's history, charm and swag.

This is the perfect place to hangout and get ready for a night on the town. It's comfortable and stylish and I have gone beyond to add ammenities. This is one of the best neighborhoods in GR!
