» Pre-arrival form must be filled out and completed 24 hours after booking or “same day bookings” (SDB) filled out at booking.
» ID pre-verification via pre-arrival form or SDB text to host before arrival.
» All guests must present their IDs to the Host upon arrival.
» We only accept bookings made directly by the guests. No exceptions.
» Pets are welcome (up to 2 pets, $145 per stay).
» Commercial photography is allowed outside only.
» Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal or recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.
» Cigarettes & cigars are permitted outside at least 15 feet from the cottage only.
» Fires are strictly limited to the gas fireplace, gas fire pit or gas grill only. No other fires are allowed.
» Any issues, questions, or suggestions should be brought to the attention of the host immediately.

GUEST ACCESS:
Prior to your arrival, the host will program the last 4 digits of the booking phone number as the door code. You will have access to the entire cottage and property, except the host shed and closet.

GETTING AROUND:
Direct flights in and out of Alamosa are available via KeyLimeAir.com and car rentals through QuestCar.com. Our cottage is located in a relatively rural area, requiring a 10-minute drive on dirt roads from the highway to reach your destination. Our cottage’s comforts, views and amenities make your journey well worth your time. Your adventures or relaxation starts when you arrive.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Nestled about 5 miles north of Blanca, Colorado, our cottage offers a serene escape at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the Sierra Blanca Massif. This compact group of mountains includes four 14ers—Mount Blanca (the 4th tallest in Colorado), Little Bear, Ellingwood, and Mount Lindsey—and a 13er, Mount Hamilton. It’s an ideal destination for hikers, bikers, climbers, hunters, nature enthusiasts, and travelers seeking some R&R.
*Minimum Age Requirement: 18 Years - Guests must be at least 18 years old to book our cottage. We believe this age requirement strikes a balance between ensuring responsible use of our property and providing younger adults the opportunity to enjoy a unique getaway experience. As 18-year-olds, guests are legally considered adults and can independently manage their stay. We trust that our guests will respect the house rules and care for the cottage as if it were their own.
*House Rules and Security Safeguards `To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, we have implemented the following security safeguards for all guests:

**Damages: Guests will be financially responsible for any damages to the property, with charges ranging from $500.00 to $2500.00+, depending on the extent of the damage.

**Underage Drinking and Inappropriate Behavior: Any underage drinking or inappropriate behavior will result in additional charges and potential legal action.

**Neighbor Complaints: Complaints from neighbors regarding noise or disturbances may incur additional charges and risk immediate eviction.

**Involvement of Authorities: Actions that result in authorities being called to the property will lead to immediate eviction and additional charges.

**Host Calls: A minimum charge of $500.00 will apply for each host call to the property to address issues involving law enforcement.

*No Federally illegal drugs on premises.
*No fires outside of gas fireplace, gas firepit or gas grill.
*Guest must clean up after your pet(s).
*House must be left in an organized manner with all trash removed and put in bags in trash receptacle in the box at the entrance of the driveway.
*Any issues must be brought to the attention of the host immediately.
