My wife and I spent 4 nights at this beautiful spot overlooking the hills!! The hot tub under the stars was a perfect way to spend our nights. Very close to Branson and shopping, maybe a 10-15 min drive. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and check in/out was incredibly simple! We highly recommend! We’ll look to stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Great place to stay. Close to concerts at Top of the Rock (4 miles) and Branson. Will definitely stay here again. WIFI was spotty but I wasn’t there to work or be online so worked out well for use. Thank you

I've stayed at many places from VRBO and Overall, it was a good experience. the steam shower was very neat and the provided soaps and conditioner smelled great. All of the kitchen appliances and spices were a huge help. And the cleanliness and privacy of the property was very good for the price. The picture displayed is the whole bean coffee provided. the coffee was EXPIRED on 04/02/2025 and that day was 03/29/2026 so almost a whole year past expiration, I'm glad I checked. I resorted to the whole bean coffee because their Keurig needed to be descaled the light was on informing. so, when I went to get the whole beans to do it the old-fashioned way. I get the grinder and notice...that they didn't even have a drip machine lol, not even a French press so it was just frustrating for me because I'm a coffee drinker and I'm staying here for 6 days. some of the lights were dead, the ones under the kitchen shelves, and the vanity lamp of the desk was dead with no charger so big bummer. But basically all of them worked, only one roll of paper towels, no sponge, STAIRS ARE A HAZARD and I'm in my 20's and fit.the MISLEAD LISTING of the garage, pool, and weight area being UNDER CONSTRUCTION out of use. I had this trip planned for months in advance under the impression it was open as advertised. I would just double check with the host before submitting payment I wish I wasn't charged as much because that was promised but never used in our stay, it was disheartening.

We do want to mention that we’re always here to help during your stay, and we truly wish you had reached out to us. We would have resolved the coffee situation immediately and provided alternatives. The same goes for supplies like paper towels and sponges—we always have additional items available and would have gladly directed you to them or brought more over right away. Regarding the stairs, they are shown in several photos in the listing. We always aim to be as clear and transparent as possible and would never want the listing to feel misleading. As for the pool and exercise amenities, they have been under maintenance since November and were removed from the listing prior to your January booking. At the time you chose to book, those amenities were not being offered. We understand it may have been disappointing to see the pool house on-site without access, but it was not included as part of the reservation due to the ongoing maintenance. We’re always here to assist in real time and would have loved the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay. 😊

Great location to attractions

It's a cute little place and served our purpose of being near the Top of the Rock, Branson Belle, and Branson. We had plenty of linens and enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. It was quiet and peaceful.During our stay, the city put a water boil advisory into effect, so we weren't able to use the tap water for drinking, ice, brushing teeth, etc. We weren't expecting that, but no fault of anyone and Ryan text to make sure we were aware, which was extremely kind of him to do. I did give 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness. The kitchen, toilets, floors were all clean, and really it wasn't super dirty, but looked like certain areas could've used another clean or wipe down before we arrived. The window sills had a few dead bugs, like gnats, some of the dishes still had some food remnants that looked like didn't come off in the dishwasher, dusty in various parts of the house. The other things, though not major, is that several of the remotes did not work. The ones for the lamps, candles, the shower. They might just need a battery change. Overall, I still give the place a 5 and the communication with Ryan was easy.

My wife and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and we both loved it! This is a truly unique experience, unlike many other vacation rentals in the area. It’s clear they were very thoughtful in designing and crafting the overall experience for the guests. Everything from the appliances they had available (which made cooking at the rental very easy, saving us money on restaurants), entertainment options (hot tub, TV with a bunch of streaming services, observational section upstairs), and bathroom supplies was great. Communication with the host was always near instant in response and helpful. It is a great distance from everything in the area. Not too far from the activities in Branson but far away enough that it felt like a relaxing stay in nature. Highly recommend staying here! If we ever come back to the area, we’ll be sure to check this place out again.

Had a great time this place was amazing. The steam shower and hot tub were why we got this, and they did not disappoint. Very nice and romantic plus very close to all the attractions. It was also quiet and peaceful.
