The patio has a BBQ grill, and you can enjoy meals poolside at the outdoor dining table, or inside at the large capacity family dining table. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you'll need to whip up a fantastic meal. The kitchen is loaded with new stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island with additional seating. There's not one, but two full-sized fridge/freezer combo units, as well as two dishwashers to handle all the clean up.



The open-concept layout is perfect for large groups, and there's smart TVs and complimentary WiFi for your entertainment. If you absolutely MUST get some work done during your vacation, we've got 2 large laptop-friendly dedicated workstations for you.



Each of the 8 spacious bedrooms is expertly designed and comes with fresh linens and fluffy pillows. All but the kids rooms have their own smart TV as well. The kids rooms are decorated with characters from the movies Frozen and The Avengers, so bedtime will be a snap! There are 2 King bedroom suites on the ground level of the home, and the remaining bedrooms are all located on the second level, up a flight of stairs.



We've also included all the comforts of home - free onsite parking, in-home laundry machines, central A/C, and so much more. Plus our guests get complimentary access to the Bella Vida Resort Clubhouse and all of its amenities, including the resort pool and hot tub, fitness center and more.

The Neighborhood:

The Bella Vida Resort is located nearby all the action of Orlando, you'll be close to Disney and lots of other theme parks, golf, shopping and more. There is a Walmart only minutes from the entrance to the resort, and you'll find lots of restaurants and other essentials nearby as well.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Notice: Bellavida – Community Updates. Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side‑by‑sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full financial responsibility of the owner or guest, so please inform all visitors.



Update from the Bellavida Community:

The parking lot near La Fuentes is strictly closed due to ongoing stormwater repairs near the lake and Stella. Vehicles found in the restricted area will be towed and relocated to the adjacent lot. Guests are reminded not to move cones marking hazardous work zones and to always check signage before parking to avoid relocation.
