Enjoy the comforts of home paired with the thrill of vacation. Make your stay in Branson memorable by staying on the banks of Lake Taneycomo, where the vibrant life of Branson's famous 76 strip is only a short distance away.

Discover the convenience of this first-floor, easily accessible 2-bedroom/2-bath condo located in the Fall Creek Resort. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. Enjoy a cozy common area with comfortable seating and dining arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

This condo provides a relaxing retreat with a flat-screen TV, cable, and WIFI in the living room and each bedroom. From the covered patio and backyard, you can enjoy a stunning view of Lake Taneycomo, observing boats, canoes, and wildlife in a tranquil setting. Fall Creek Marina is just a 5-minute stroll away, offering boat rentals and nearby trailer storage. The marina also allows fishing for a nominal daily fee. Additionally, a communal charcoal grill with BBQ tools is available right outside.

If you forget something, no problem. For added pleasure there is nice convenience store and 2 restaurants on the resort property. Easy Peasy Lemon Sueezy (as my grandson loves to say). You will be pleasantly surprised.

Condo HOA regulations stipulate that if your stay exceeds two days, you must use the provided parking permit. For safety, please take note that complex has outdoor security cameras along with our ring doorbell.

10/10 would recommend this place for small families or couples enjoying a nice trip to Branson. The views were amazing and the place was nicely furnished for us to have some relaxation time after doing all of the fun Branson attractions.

My two adult daughters and I loved our Mother/Daughter long weekend at this beautiful condo. We enjoyed the screened-in patio and view of the branch of the lake. It was very peaceful on the bottom floor. The interior is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Our stay was perfect love it here. The place was clean and had everything you need. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the huge screened in porch was my favorite until it stormed like crazy the last night we were there. First floor is a huge bonus as well. You can walk to the marina Its so close. Kathy is an amazing hostess great communication super accommodating and responds so fast to any questions. We cant wait to come back!

Great location and close to the marina where we keep our boat. Very clean, nice enclosed patio are to relax, great view of the lakee. There were ample pots and such for cooking, if you wanted to cook. Board games in closet and nice tv's. Can isolate main bathroom from livingroom, giving that bedroom privacy, and private bathroom. We will keep this location in mind for next year.

Best waterfront in town

Wife and I stayed here for a couple of weeks. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for the stay. The enclosed porch was wonderful for morning coffee and evening drinks. Kathy is an amazing host who goes above and beyond.

Awesome condo community. Great sight from the lakefront. About 30 minutes from Branson strip. Tv in all rooms. Very comfortable living room. I totally recommend I could retire in this community.

Hi everyone. As a St Louis Family we could bring our kids to Branson with just a short drive. We did this every year and love everything to do here. As a Superhost we like sharing our home with others so that great memories can be made for many. We like fishing, boating, shopping and attending the variety of shows. There is so much to do, and we sincerely hope that you have a wonderful experience.

This resort is very serene and beautiful. You can stroll the grounds and appreciate the natural beauty. Being right on the lake with the Marina a few feet away is very special to us. We are also just a short drive from the Famous 76 strip, Silver Dollar City, and a multitude of attractions.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Many guests appreciate the easy access with no steps. But the best part of this end unit condo is being lakeside with a lake view. The large enclosed patio is perfect for enjoying your coffee or a cocktail while watching the boats. You can also observe wildlife such as squirrels and ground hogs from the patio.
