No parties or events without prior authorization.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Urinating in the pool or gardens is strictly prohibited.

For safety reasons, doors and windows must be locked, and lights, fans, stove, or grill turned off when leaving or not in use.

Illegal substances or narcotics are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

The Manager may access the property for maintenance, inspection, or emergencies, with prior notice whenever possible.
