Perfect for long stay
The apartment is very well furnished and equipped for long stay.
You have many shops, restaurants, golf course and beaches in walking distance. The balcony has some sun during the afternoon but is close to the A7 with some noise from the traffic.
We had a very good long stay.

Where do i start? Beautiful place, perfect location, close to all the restaurants, shops and beach. Access to pool. Apartment has everything you need, clean, comfortable, we felt very welcome, communication and questions all answered. Private parking. Would stay here again, thanks very much to Stan and Helen for all your help and allowing our family to use your beautiful apartment.
Beautiful apartment and location
Lovely location (pool was amazing ) 2 mins from port , beach , local shops, (including a pharmacy) Bars restaurants , Chinese , Indian , Italian to name but a few. Will def re book everything was so easy and straight forward
A very nice apartment in a great location close to the marina and the beaches.
We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay here and we were renting the place for a month.
Apartment has everything you need and the furnishings are good quality and so the apartment feels like a home from home. Clean and tidy and underground parking was a plus also.

Cómodo y bien situado, pero...
Apartamento con todo lo necesario para un estancia cómoda. Bien situado, cerca de la playa y zonas de ocio pero la orientación no es buena ya que tanto la terraza como las ventanas dan a la autovía A7 y tiene mucho ruido si tienes puertas o ventanas abiertas. La verdad es que esto es una pena.
For us this is the perfect location and perfect property for a family vacation 😃
We love visiting no.28. The apartment and the complex itself is so clean and feels so secure.
All the other residents are always so friendly and interactive with our small children. There is loads of space and the facilities in the apartment are everything we could need and more. Having two bath / shower rooms is perfect for getting a family ready to get out each day and the apartment has a fantastic pool, there is always a free sun lounger and those who prefer the beach can walk there in minutes.
The area itself is perfect to travel from to visit further afield. My boys love to visit the apes in Gib, and go to the zoo, market and the little cove beach in estapona where you can walk out in the shallow waters for miles...
There are so many lovely restaurants and cafes in walking distance of the apartment and they all make young families so welcome.
I can not recommend this spring enough! We can't wait to go back!
