- Guest bedrooms include nightstands w/ lamps a queen-sized bed, closet, and luggage rack

- Designer guest bath with large vanity for your toiletries and soaker tub (outfitted w/ shampoo, conditioner, body wash)

- Fully equipped kitchen includes: Stainless Steel Appliances (fridge, gas range, microwave, & dishwasher), electric tea kettle (w/ herbal teas), coffee maker (w/ regular & decaf), and toaster oven

- Back deck for relaxing & enjoying some time outdoor with your family & friends

- Private parking for two cars located in backyard (gravel pad) with additional parking available across the street next to the park for extra cars



Please note: This home is on a main road and has a fair amount of street noise from car traffic. We have equipped the bedrooms with white noise sound machines for your comfort.



Guest Access:

The home has a front entryway as well as a back deck entry. Entry is through a smart lock at the back deck



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in a wonderful area with tree-lined streets and just a short distance from some of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods for artists and young families. With its many amenities, there is no shortage of things to do locally! If you're down for a quick 7 minute drive, you can access some of Atlanta's best hotspots in nearby Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown or Cabbagetown! One of Atlanta's most popular attractions, the Beltline, is easily accessible from any of these neighborhoods where you'll find beautiful street art, the iconic Krog Street Tunnel, and many eateries and attractions... not to mention, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk, run, bike, or scooter ride. We’re just one block from the iconic East Lake Golf Course and directly across East Lake Park (perfect for picnics and play time). Also, just a short drive away at the corner of 2nd Ave & Hosea L & Williams Dr are several restaurants which have delicious food & good vibes! One of my personal favorite restaurants, Poor Hendrix, is located in this area! In addition to some wonderful walkable amenities, this home and location is a quick drive to all of Atlanta’s other top neighborhoods and attractions.



Anywhere you want to go in Atlanta is a quick 5 to 20 min drive. With proximity to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, only 20 mins away, this is the perfect location for any one in town for a short or long trip. With easy access to Highway 20, you can make it to any location in Atlanta generally within 20 minutes (without traffic). Many of Atlanta's most popular attractions like: Zoo Atlanta, Fox Theater, Midtown, Peachtree City, Five Points, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Georgia Tech, Atlanta Medical Center, Buckhead, Lenox Square, Georgia State University, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Emory Hospital, Grady Hospital, Piedmont Hospital are all easily accessible!



Getting Around:

There are several amenities nearby and parks within walking distance from this home (see location section for details). There’s even space to securely store bikes if you choose to bring them, as well. We’re also just a short drive to all of Atlanta’s attractions and hotspots with ridesharing services Lyft and Uber available. For ride sharing services, please have them pull all the way up the driveway to the back for pick-up and drop-off.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located on a main road with high traffic. For those that are light sleepers, the primary bedroom is the quietest and we have included white noise machines to drown out some of the road noise. My friends and I have personally stayed in the home and it hasn't posed an issue for us, but wanted to share this for any future guests.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the home all to yourselves with digital check in and check out processes in place. I do not live on site so will not have the opportunity to meet you, but am available via messaging for any questions that may come up at any point.
